Hands, Interceptions Impressing Bruce Arians

Recovering cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting

Time to crack a Bromosa and celebrate.

Injured cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting is acting like his elbow dislocation is ancient history. After practice today, Bucco Bruce Arians explained that he’s seeing his well-missed starting corner perform in press coverage, get his hands on people and even haul in a couple of interceptions in practice this week.

Murphy-Bunting is eligible to be activated from injured reserve at any time. And Joe is smelling that happening in a matter of hours.

What a whiff of fragrant air it would be if SMB replaced Pierre Desir in the starting lineup on Monday night. Cornerbacks Richard Sherman (calf) and Dee Delaney (concussion) remain shelved by injuries.

Hopefully the Bucs get the good version of this kid.

Watching last nights game Troy mentioned how the Pats have been using more three safety schemes. Edwards our ball hawk safety never sees the field. Instead the Bucs would rather trot out a bunch of nobody corners. Way to waste talent on the bench. Good coaches would get their best players on the field, and make it work. The Pats secondary is surging, and our coaches are crying they have to work with back ups. Hmmm.

BenGay is fine for the elbow….but not “down there”……..how does TBBF know this?……Inquiring mindless want to know.

Hopefully he is actually ready. Two times already it seems like we tried to bring guys back too early (Gronkowski, Sherman).

KR got off because of the judge.

Not because of a judge but whatever. I know who better not get off the three men who stalked and killed someone. But the more than likely will because justice in this country is not created equal.

  13. Coburn Says:

Hodad there have been a few of us suggesting for weeks now that they should use all 3 safeties.

Robert, keep your ignorant politics out of a sports discussion.
