Get Well (Quick) Gronk!

November 1st, 2021

Reinjured.

It seemed like Bucs Super Bowl-winning coach Bucco Bruce Arians was second-guessing himself. Or perhaps kicking himself in the posterior.

Yesterday, foot-rubbing, car-littering film guru tight end Rob Gronkowski was activated and assigned a limited number of plays.

And then he hurt his back.

How badly he’s injured could be learned today when Arians has his day-after presser. By then, some if not all injured Bucs should have gone through enough tests for a preliminary report.

Arians said of Gronkowski getting hurt yesterday, with some remorse, that he “probably shouldn’t have played but he kept begging me to get in there. And he reinjured himself.”

Joe hopes it is nothing. If it is Gronk’s back, that scares Joe. Back injuries and tight ends, especially ferocious blocking tight ends like Gronk, do not mix.

Gronk will be fine. Back spasm is nothing serious. It just needs a little bit of stretching here and there and a little massage.

  2. Medicated Pete Says:

The bye week prevents Arians from making bad decisions & Devon White from running his mouth like an auctioneer on the field

  3. Dusthty Rhothdes Says:

Devin White is turning into Kwon Alexander 2.0 and not Luke Kuechly,

  4. Mike pizzoli Says:

Gronk has had multiple major surgeries on his back dating back to his college days at Arizona, this doesn’t sound great

  5. Medicated Pete Says:

Skip Bayless just destroyed Mike Evans on national TV for pulling up on that deep ball and alligator arming it b/c he didn’t wanna get hit by the Safety (which cost us the victory).

  6. Bucs Win Says:

Nobody cares what skip bayless says.

  7. mg Says:

skip to the lou my darlin

  8. ModHairKen Says:

Yeah, Bruce, you messed up playing him when you would have had an extra two weeks after yesterday to have gotten him fully healthy. Really stupid.

  9. zzbuc Says:

Skype Baylees is as usless as an ashtray on a Harley Davidson!!!
The most stupid guy in the planet……Wash your mouth before saying something about ME13!!!!

  10. ModHairKen Says:

Devin White needs to check himself. He thinks he made his career last playoff season. It was four games, buddy. You have not arrived. And, running your mouth and picking up a UC penalty was ridiculous and selfish and immature.

Go ride your horse and get your head right.

  11. Defense Rules Says:

Medicated … Teams don’t win or lose ballgames based on ONE play, regardless of what some talking-head says. You win or lose based on the total body of work that day.

For example: Bucs 1st drive of the 4th qtr we punted when we were 4th-and-6. A few plays earlier, Ryan Jensen had gotten tagged with a 10-yard offensive holding penalty. So if he hadn’t gotten the penalty, would it be safe to assume that the drive would’ve been kept alive & the Bucs wouldn’t have needed to punt? Did it change the outcome of the game? Who knows. Every play counts and has an impact, but there’s no way to know how any one play, if played differently, would’ve changed the flow (and outcome) of the game. It’s the final score that counts.

  12. Unmediated Pete Says:

If we can just get healthy before the bills game we’ll be fine. Just worried about Gronkowski though. If it was just a bask spasm it should be fine but I’m concerned it’s something else.

  13. HomerSimpsonRocks Says:

Dusthty Rhothdes : I was thinking the same yesterday. All mouth, all motor, all over the place like chicken with his head cut off. Over rated.

  14. Robert Says:

what pete said…….and more……yeah TB had a rough outing, but he is money in the clutch.

that was the clutch drive of the game and TB was on point….until ME pulled up.

    game over after that.

  15. Jmarkbuc Says:

I’m sure Marcus Davenport steamrolling over you would make anybody’s back spasm.

  16. adam from ny Says:

one or two rub and tugs and he should be loose like a goose and ready to roll…

Where the head goes the ass follows. BA loves to hear himself talk so all White is doing is mimicking his superior. DR o e play CAN win a game, Grysons catch should of won that game but the follow up bad 2 point conversion call took the momentum away.

  18. SOEbuc Says:

JoeBucsBandwagon.com. People are on the wrong site.

These people dissing Devin White like he was the one person that got a personal foul in this defense that leads league in penalties. He had 10 tackles and four assists last night, and 10 tackles and two assists against Chicago. The fakers don’t know it is a team sport, especially with an extremely banged up defense. No one is sending him to blitz when you have crappy Cockrell and practice squad Desir starting at #1 CB.

These are what Tyron Matthieu toxic fans.

  20. Jimmydeez Says:

Yes 163 doubleplay a good massage is all he needs, he should call his old boss mr kraft to get that set up

  21. SOEbuc Says:

And letting Gronk return was another sign of how smart BA and the medical staff have been this year. Do not rush him! Vea came back healthy in the NFCC and might have won us the Super Bowl. We need Gronk 100 percent, especially in the playoffs.

  22. bucschamps Says:

i really miss Gronk. brate and Howard both regressed. we got no healthy TE
