Thank you, Ira, for the memories of Mark Cook! May he Rest in Peace!

  2. Easy Says:

Mark Cook was the main reason I even listened to Pewter Report podcasts. RIP to you man! You will be missed by us faithful loyal Buccaneer fans and followers

  3. Medicated Pete Says:

Thanks for calling out the stiffs in local media. And this website, Buccaneers website are the only 2 places fans need to go. The Buccaneers paying tribute to Mark Cook was all the validation he needs. That was pretty big.

  4. Erik Hesson - Fine Artist - City of St Pete Says:

I would bet 50% of my net worth that Mark Cook’s death was a covid vaccine side effect-related death.

I wonder how many pro athletes are going to drop dead this year from heart and circulatory-related vaccine side effects.

    We’ll see, I guess.

  5. Chris@Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa Says:

RIP to Mark Cook, you will be missed.
There seems to be a lot of controversary about the cause of his death.
He was only 50 years old, so many are thinking COVID.

  6. Medicated Pete Says:

Mark Cook’s greatest achievement was knowing how to handle caller “Buccaneer John” when John first started calling into radio & Mark did Radio shows on 98.7 The Fan back in 2012 or so. Mark was a Howard Stern fan and knew how to deal with nutty callers & keep them on the line instead of hanging up on them. Because if you keep them on the phone, the more interesting these nutty callers become

  7. Joe Says:

He was only 50 years old, so many are thinking COVID.

Mark was not in good health. He had a couple of major health issues.

  8. Medicated Pete Says:

…..thanks Joe, for setting the conspiracy theorists straight (u said in this podcast that Mark was not looking good). That is not what Joe said at all. What Joe said was that in the spring, Joe spent time with Mark and he shared some health challenges he was having. –Joe
