Bruce Arians Should Know Soon If Bucs Have A Shot To Repeat

July 28th, 2021

Complacency meter.

Bucs Super Bowl-winning coach Bucco Bruce Arians has a nice, yet blunt saying for his team this summer. “You ain’t won sh!t this year.”

Arians is doing his best to get his team to forget they are the defending Super Bowl champions. Is he succeeding? He said he hasn’t seen any complacency in training camp.

Tomorrow, Thursday, the Bucs have their first day off of camp. And Arians said when the Bucs return to the practice fields of One Buc Palace on Friday, it should be telling.

“The first 15 minutes of practice should be our best, and no drop-off whatsoever,” Arians said. “Any time we have a day off, some teams will really struggle to get going again. We didn’t have that problem last year and I doubt we’ll have it again.”

Joe suspects if that issue crops up, Arians has an idea how to handle that or will figure it out.

Joe is guessing that as long as park-violating, home-invading, NFLPA-ignoring, down-forgetting, handshake-stiffing, jet-ski-losing, biscuit-baking, tequila-shooting, smartphone-phobic, waffle-grilling, trophy-throwing, roller-coaster-scared, numbers-rules-peeved, Bucs-Super-Bowl-winning quarterback Tom Brady is active, Brady won’t let a soul think he has it all figured out.

Bucs legend Derrick Brooks and Ira Kaufman are talking training camp. Brooks names the three guys he’s watching closely, and more. The insight and fun on TAMPA TWO is presented by Converged Technology Professionals.

Arians may have the largest coaching staff in the entire NFL, but I must say he is getting his moneys worth.
His ability to not micro manage and let his coaches coach is a rare quality, among control freak coaches.
We are so fortunate to have him!

Well looks like the pack want get in our way between whining kaaron rodgers and whining devonte adams both want a 10 mil raise with only 200 thousand in salary cap space. Sorry Green Bay you should trade both of them now and start over. They are not team players. Good riddance!

Of course BA has ideas what he will do… He will run their asses over with his gold cart…

Why else would he have a golf cart???

Pretty sure everyone on the team is aware of it and do everything to avoid becoming road kill.

    Your welcome Joe

I had a conversation with Richard “Batman” Woods a few years ago, in Arkansas. He was a fantastic player in the ’70s. He played in almost every game and I just loved watching him, He was a star. He told me a couple of things I could hardly believe. One of them was that he was paid a salary of $18,000. That’s right. I left off no zeroes.
