Tom Brady Has Moved Out Of Derek Jeter’s Home

The neighbors are talking.
Actually, it’s just one former Tom Brady neighbor on Davis Islands publicly spilling the beans that Brady has bolted Derek Jeter’s house there for another home on the island.
The guy talking is former Vikings and Bucs defensive tackle Brad Culpepper, who told The Rock Stops Here podcast that his house is adjacent to Jeter’s on the south side and Brady moved out within the past two weeks.
Culpepper explained to host Rock Riley how he got to know Brady and described him as a friendly neighbor, and Culpepper said Brady’s giant boat is still docked at Jeter’s house and apparently will stay there temporarily as part of an agreement with the new inhabitants.
Traffic on Hillsborough Bay and on the street, Culpepper said, is sure to die down now that Brady is gone. Culpepper also noted that Brady must have downsized, as Jeter’s compound is the biggest on the island.

Why? This is not a breaking story. It was mentioned months ago that he was buying a place and moving out of Jeter’s house.
