Tom Brady Is Publicly Lighting His Own Fire

It appears Tom Brady already has found an internal drive that will boil within him for the 2021 season.
Mr. Seven Rings has set the NFL standard for greatness with a 34-11 postseason record. He’s the best ever.
So what will motivate him to 100 percent devotion to his craft after completely turning around an embarrassing Bucs franchise in 10 months?
Brady not-so-cryptically answered that question this afternoon with a video Tweet from his personal account. Apparently, Brady can’t stop thinking about the doubters and disrespect that invaded his world last year. He got his social media team to make a statement — video-style.

The best is the preseason video of Dianna Russini from BSPN saying that Brady wouldn’t even make the playoffs. Booger to his credit didn’t agree. I’ve been a Brady and Patriot fan forever. The folks in Tampa just didn’t quite know what they were getting in Tom Brady, but I wasn’t one bit surprised by what happened this year. In fact, I even predicted that Tampa would win the Superbowl and that Brady/Gronk would be a big part of it, AND that one of the teams would score 31 points. That wasn’t such a great prediction though, because I had it Bucs 34 – Chiefs 31. LOL Anyway, does anyone want to know my prediction for the next Superbowl winner?

Looking forward to the final Bucs roster in 2021. Does it include > Suh? Godwin? LD? Shaq? Lenny? Gronk? AB? Succop?
Brady presence lifts the Bucs…. Wondering what pieces Brady will have to play with as support in 2021, on Offense and Defense.
Confident JL will fit the right puzzle pieces to Bucs to support another SB run.

So did the fact that this was a video by Tom Brady‘s social media team get lost on you? The whole point was all the talking heads saying Brady is washed up, not the “team”.
So ignoring the fact that your whole premise is ridiculous based on what I just pointed …. let’s move on to reality.
The reality is Mike Evans said Brady has made him run routes better, practice better, watch film better, and become a better man.
Godwin and almost every O lineman has said he’s made them better.
Lavonte and Suh, and some others on defense, have said he’s made them be better.
Almost every player on the team has said he has instilled confidence in them and made them believe they can win, no matter what.
Many on the team have pointed out if they did not feel this before, meaning when JW was quarterback. They would get dejected.
That’s what happens when your quarterback has one of the top five highest turnover rates per game in the history of the NFL. It wears thin.
Brady came in and the mentality of everyone improved immediately.
So one player came in and changed the entire attitude and mental approach. Work ethic got better.
Practice improved.
Watching game film improved.
Route running improved.
So you can talk about team all you want, and we all know it was one hell of a team effort the whole year and in the Super Bowl, but a massive amount of credit goes to-

Suh and Gronk have both said they want to go for two. They want to be bucks. So there’s no doubt in my mind they are going to resign and not break the bank.
Godwin has become a priority for the Buccaneers and I am glad. He is a young awesome receiver. They need to let AB go because they cannot afford what he wants now. Godwin is only going to be 25. Sign him to a six year deal and spread that money out over the next couple years when the cap goes back up.
I think they need to do the same with Shaq and LVD on for your deals.
I do not understand people saying Shaq is not a priority. They have been searching for an edge rushing machine for a decade. Now they have one and everyone’s ready to let them go.

Brady absolutely changed the culture and dynamics for the core Bucs guys, who were so hungry to win. Brady is a 20 Freaking Year successful veteran, who came to Bucs w/6 rings. And got #7 Ring – with a loaded Bucs team – new Kicker, 1st round RT, RB’s, Gronk/AB. But yeah, it was all Brady….ok.. Our D was pretty good, too.
Brady attracted impact FA’s and changed the culture – no doubt! Kudos!
As Bucs fan since ’76, trust me @David – I am happily recovering from my adult beverages consumption on SB Sunday. AND THRILLED for our 2nd SB win. LOVED IT!
I still pontificate – if JW had the same team as Brady, and with an adjusted Risk-It offense afforded to Brady – with a real running game – what JW could have accomplished in YR 2 under BL/BA… SB win? We will never know.
JW effed up his future as a Buc’s QB, no doubt. But 2019, JW played hurt during his last 4 games (knee/throwing hand). If JW sat out those last 4 games (w/o his key WR’s) for his own health instead of being a team player – JW likely would be the Bucs QB in 2020.
Does that scenario with JW as Bucs QB, mean Bucs win the 2020 SB? Nope! Most impactful to our SB win – is Brady attitude and confidence for the team.
I get the bigger picture regarding Brady – short term. And – Brady leading Bucs in 2021. Bucs will likely win NFC South title and be in playoffs. And contend for another SB title. Awesome!

Those last 4 games, Winston threw for 450yds, 439yds, 350yds, 190yds. Those are close but not exact. Yds wise , it’s the best 4 game stretch in his career. Bottom line is the injury is no excuse. His production was outstanding.
Additionally, with the interceptions , low qbr, and losing the confidence of many teammates and coaches it was a good decision for both sides to move forward.
5years without any success isn’t a luxury afforded to any of the QBS these days.
Has he matured, he’s thrown a few passes, how much can you deduct from that is questionable. I sincerely hope he has but it remains to be seen.

Brady is the GOAT and best QB ever. No shot our former QB leads us to the SB! The former QB wouldn’t inspire these guys like Brady, and we closed the year on a franchise best 8 game win streak.
JW threw for a lot of yards, and he had more turnovers than touchdowns last year. He was the biggest reason why we weren’t a playoff contender. 7 pick 6’s, and the field position sacrificed by the turnovers.
It’s not even close and I hope we can offer a contract extension to the Goat for another year or two.

Redzone have you listened to the players speak at all about this team? All that I have heard have said the same thing. Although, Godwin said it best when he described the difference this year. He said it was the fact that Tom took care of the football and the level of belief they had in themselves. They went from just hoping they win games to believing they will win games. That came from the QB1 Brady. JW style is exciting football not winning football. And his play in his 5th year was a confidence killer to his teammates.

He was a football star at the same high school where Thruman Thomas went to . The gril said he didn’t rape her in court but the judge told him that he was going to make him a example that you young black males ain’t going to tair up his town .
