Jameis Returns

November 8th, 2020

Seeing Jameis Winston smiling and laughing and closing out the game for the Saints really made Joe ill.

It’s always bad news when your opponent’s third-string quarterback is doing that kind of thing.

Jameis even completed a pass. What a horrible exclamation point on one of the ugliest nights in team history.

He even hijacked Drew’s interview to eat his fingers on camera.

  2. DavidBigBucFan99 Says:

Wow no he didn’t!!!!šŸ˜…šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚ guess he got the last laugh against the buffoons tonight!!!

  3. Razor Ramone Says:

Yea. I thought that was low rent.

  4. TheBucsAnthem Says:

    IN YO FACE BUCS FANS!!!!!!!!

  5. Frank Pillow Says:

Jaboo, you earned that delicious, finger-licking moment.

  6. Nick Says:

A picture speaks 1000 words. He will never be a leader.

  7. John5 Says:

I think Joe jinxed us when he opened the game thread with Jameisā€™s mug as the photo for the post lol.

  8. adam from ny Says:

wow this is wild af !!!

  9. ModHairKen Says:

Jameis looked like he has learned nothing. Still immature. Still moronic.

  10. Bosch Says:

Most disappointing moment in team history. Worst moment.? Many candidates

  11. UKbuccaneer Says:

A 3rd string QB jumping in on a HoFā€™ers interview to do that? Thatā€™s among the reasons Jameis is where he is – riding the bench.

  12. Miketb19 Says:

Well it makes since that he would be around Brees since heā€™s being paid a million dollars to be his towel boy or the guy who gets a cup of Gatorade when heā€™s thirsty. Funny to he gets to eat a W while he rides the bench. Just reminds me why we didnā€™t pay him the 30 mil he was asking for. The only other thing he eats is Drewā€™s fat one for dinner just before he goes to bed

  13. Rod Munch Says:

You mental midgets triggered by Jameis – it’s pretty pitiful. It’s time to move on ladies.

  14. rrsrq Says:

Yeah it may have been classless, but there was a way to avoid it. Bucs didnā€™t show up tonight (none of them), maybe Shaw in the second half

  15. Rod Munch Says:

You triggered morons calling Jameis immature, LOL! It’s really embarrassing how obsessed you idiots are.

  16. Bird Says:

The ladies are for butt munch
    And 3 with 2

  17. Bucfan81 Says:

Man Bucs coaches need to be showing this to the team before every game. That should get them motivated. Show them how their former teammate trolled them on national TV. Maybe that will help.

  18. August 1976 Buc Says:

Worst moments, 9-0 Rams Jan 1980 NFC Championship, NFC championship Rams 11-6, Playoffs Jan 1982 Dallas 38-0. So this game tonight is not even close to those, at least this year they still can end up having a great season. I watched those games and others here on this site I am sure watched those games also. Not fun, on to next week. GO BUCS!!!!!

  19. Orlampa Turd Says:

I laughed my ass off when I saw that. Just don’t watch the Saints’ post-game locker room videos.

  20. Mike Johnson Says:

Jameis would have taken them into the endzone on that final drive had the Saints coach not had mercy. I would have loved to see it. Don’t just blame the coaches, The players really sucked the big one. Buc life baby.

  21. Im tired and 87 is right Says:

John5 I thought the same thing. We totally got jinxed. It was one of those nights. Hopefully this adds more motivation to the next time these two teams meet. Go Bucs!

  22. August 1976 Buc Says:

The Saints won the line of scrimmage again against the Bucs, defense and offense, the Bucs got beat up front, plain and simple. Not fun to watch. Yes it was a shock to most, but it is very simple in NFL. Get beat on the line of scrimmage and most of the time you lose. Turnovers can change that, and other mistakes also. Brady dirty Jersey, Brees clean jersey. They have to upgrade at left tackle, Donovan is good sometimes and outright terrible others. GO BUCS!!!!

  23. Bush's Coke Spoon Says:

What is that, a yearbook picture?

  24. Jabooknowsbest? Says:

I love it. I wish he would have scored but that’s what the bucs get for trashing a potential talent. Jameis with this team plus healthy vita vea is 6-3 and thus game is a lot closer. good for winston have fun they’ll be calling you back soon

  25. Rod Munch Says:

I had the Bucs 11-5 with Winston… and 11-5 with Tom Brady — the thinking being that Brady would start out slow and the team would get better and probably in the playoffs is where having Brady would make a difference. I was for the Tom Brady signing to be clear — but I also said the Bucs needed to make an effort to get Winston to be the backup for a year when it become obvious the market wasn’t going to be there for him. Just think if in this game, down by 31, you put in Winston in the middle of the 3rd so Brady doesn’t have to take a beating. You know Winston is going to get you 28 points and at least make the remaining part of the game entertaining.

I fully expect Brady to be fine next week – but the idea that you dopes pretend like Winston didn’t have the worst defense in football while he was here, that he didn’t have the worst kicking game in football while he was here, and that he didn’t play the hardest schedule in football while here – that the team lost because of him, well, you’re idiots.

Also while Winston played the hardest schedule in football from 2015-2019, you know who played the easiest schedule? Brady — tied with Mariota.

  26. DavidBigBucFan99 Says:

Brees is loving it look at that smile on his face! Do you think Winston’s wishing the best for us like everyone was pondering so much about if Brady did for the Patriots???

  27. SteveK Says:

    Rod Munch,

Jameis turns it over At a historic rate, hence why heā€™s not a starter, not with the Bucs. We couldnā€™t ever count on him to win more than 9 games and no playoffs.

  28. JayWill Says:

SteveK Winston didn’t turn it over at a historical rate. You realize he was in division with 2 NFL MVPs and a hofer, 2 teams good enough to go to the super bowl, Mike Smith historically bad defenses, no run game, 50+ missed kicks and he got hit amd pressured a lot. He had the hardest schedule the last 5yrs and you people wonder why he didn’t win. Bruce Arians didnt trust his own history as coach. Winston threw the most yards and tds in the 1st year of his offense not just picks.

  29. Gofortheface30 Says:

ā€œJameis looked like he learned nothing.ā€ You sound like a candy ass and big time emotionally hurt by this. After all Jameis went through, he deserved that moment to have a little fun at our expense, and frankly it was perfect. All this talent we have, and the whole damn world saying how much better off we are – and then yet our old quarterbackā€™s new team marches on in here and slaps our women around, while weā€™re tied up in a corner of a room being forced to watch. The absolute most shi the bed moment, most embarrassing loss in Bucs history

  30. Kord Says:

Jaywill none of that defends the Winston, his first nfl pass I knew we were screwed, he was terrible, passing yards or know. The Bucs are still 6-3, we are solid but damn I detest watching us lose to Sean Payton and the saints as a whole, but losing like that, damn

  31. Gettinthebucs Says:

Lol, let Jameis have some fun. The bucs screwed him over. I’m not saying some of the issues weren’t his fault but this is a completely different team from when he played here. They may not have been able to sign the same players like they can with Brady but they definitely could have found ways to get him some help. Doing dumb stuff like drafting 5’9″ dbs with almost no picks in college or taking kickers in the 2nd and 5th rounds was the real issue here. We went from a washed up Dotson to a beast in Wirfs. They probably should’ve moved up one spot for Nelson like they did for Wirfs. I’d be pissed too and would definitely sell out my old team.

  32. Morgus the Magnificent Says:

Amazing how “Bucs fans” (i.e. FSU fans) are still huge Winston fans, actually reveling in Winston’s cleanup duty. NDOG is somewhere with a grin on his face.

  33. stpetebucsfan Says:

And Jameis is still THIRD STRING behind Taysom Hill. Let’s wait to see when JW plays MEANINGFUL snaps.

  34. Tvan101 Says:

James stunk for 5 years, he screwed himself over.

  35. lambchop Says:

Jameis is such a dork. He did nothing to help that team win but he yet again reminds us of the pseudo leader he was in Tampa. Good riddance.

Now our Bucs? They played like someone who got food poisoning from eating under cooked meat and shat liquid feces all over themselves.

Horrific. Not one person came to play except for maybe Godwin and his broken finger.

  36. NDog is an idiot Says:

JayMiss is such a POS person!! Completely Classless Low Rent immature 3rd string QB! Stay Classy JayFraud! So glad your gone!

  37. Dapostman Says:

Winston has realized he’s learned more in his 1 season under Brees and Payton than he did in his 5 years under Dork and Kangol.

  38. ToesOnTheLine!!! Says:

I thought it was a little funny in an immature sh!t talking sort of way. Itā€™s like when teams cry about a score getting run up…how about doing your damned jobs instead and stop the other team from piling it on. Same deal here with Jameis. Donā€™t let a team come into your house and lay 38 points on the scoreboard (to your 3) and the third string QB likely never gets the chance to see the field let alone get his mug in a post game interview.

  39. Same-Narrative87 Says:

Wait, so y’all are saying Winston was immature for “eating that win” but we’re not gonna talk about kicking a field goal last possession to avoid a shut out? That’s some “bunting to avoid a no hitter down 8” classless BS by BA right there.

Maybe Jameis learned from the best…..

  40. HeyItsAdam Says:

    Get used to it.

He is going to torment the Bucs for a decade.

Cutting JW loose was only worth it if they win a SB w/ Brady.

  41. Oneilbuc Says:

Jamies would have put up more points in both of the saints game . Now maybe the team needs to get at Brady . Brady has got to beat good defenses . No excuses remember !!!!!

  42. NDog is an idiot Says:

We are hands down a much better team with Brady leading us!! 99% will agree on that!! No excuses for JayMiss still being a POS!! No excuses!!!

  43. TJ Says:

    NDog…how does that “W” taste? šŸ˜‚

  44. unbelievable Says:

He had a better QB rating last night than Brady did.

  45. TJ Says:

My bad Ndog…that last post was meant for your red-headed step child, NIAI…Ice up son, Ice up! There will be many more JW “Ws” to enjoy in the years to come šŸ˜‚!

  46. TJ Says:

My bad NDog…that was actually for your red-headed, dub-eatin’, Jameis-hatin’ wannabe step-son NIAI.

  47. TJ Says:

For Joe’s eyes only…you can delete my last post

  48. Kord Says:

Florida state fans are the most delusional fans around the country. Jameis does mop up duty and somehow is going to be a good about some day. Florida man lives

  49. NDog is an idiot Says:

TJ is the dudette that would know how the ā€œWā€inston would taste!! Wipe off your chin TJ…!

  50. NDog is an idiot Says:

TJ. You still got some on it. Check in the mirror to get the rest!

  51. Rod Munch Says:

SteveK – if you think Jameis turned it over at a “historic rate” then you obviously don’t know a thing about the history of football. Maybe know the Bucs history because you talk about “historic” because if you did you’d know Vinny threw 35 INTs. 30 INTs isn’t actually historic, but 30+ TDs and 5000+ yards is pretty historic when it comes to the team. Also Winston’s INT’s declined every single year until Arians, at which point it went to a career high. If you actually knew NFL history, you’d know that’s a common theme with Arians QBs, in year 1 they turn over the ball a ton, then they settle and start performing. Manning had a “historic” 28 INTs under his first year with Arians, an old vet like Palmer Carson had his career high of 24 INTs under his first year with Arians. Both those guys kind of turned out OK.

Anywho learn some history because you talk about “historic” performances.

  52. Darius Walker Says:

Are there any NFL players competing for a job who is commenting about what, and who Winston’s is? Plus his trophy case look a hole lot better than the typical blogging fan so, loosen the grip of your remote and realized that you’re just a FAN who has never touched the field or a Gatorade bottle.
STOP IT PLEASE ,ITS EASY BEGIN A CRITIC …..and simply IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO A BEEN A PLAYER…

  54. Steve Gaudreau Says:

Honestly I was shocked by the loss, it wasn’t just Brady and the offense, it was also the defense and special teams, just a complete team loss. No other way to put it. It was bizarre and i don’t think you’ll see it again. Brady has never performed this badly and as a New England fan and seeing how he works, Brady ALWAYS BOUNCES BACK! beware a pissed off TB12.

  55. Ericb Says:

Man what an idiot …shoving his fingers in his mouth and from a third string the man acts like he played the game and beat them…the dude is THIRD STRING!!!!!….hell i wish JW played that game so we could of beat ass….and this came down to couching plain and simple as well as our team looked like they didnt want to play….defebse shoukd of played man coverage .zone defense on an hof qb will eat you apart obviously….a rookie should not be matched up with cam jordan to protect brady…and lastly 25 yard bombs aint gonna work against that puss rush …slant routes and wuick passes when you have 2 seconds to get rid of the ball
