That Old Man’s Arm

Arm growing stronger?

Yesterday Joe wrote about the right arm of park-violating, home-invading, NFLPA-ignoring, down-forgetting Bucs quarterback Tom Brady looking nothing like a middle-aged man’s wing.

Rumors of Brady’s right arm fading last year were very premature. Brady was as sharp as a tack yesterday and when needed, he had a Nolan Ryan-like fastball.

It was impressive as hell.

Well, for the non-believers of Brady finding the fountain of youth in Florida, here are hard, cold numbers for you. It seems Brady’s 33-yard touchdown pass to Scotty Miller near the end of the first half was the longest-traveled pass Brady has thrown in over three years.

Per NextGen stats, which tracks the flight of footballs thanks to computer technology employed by the NFL, the last time Brady threw a pass that far was the opening week of the 2017 season.

Brady sure doesn’t look like any 43-year old Joe knows. He’s nimble (rolls out, too!) and still has a gun for an arm.

The way Brady is going, he may just last through 45 in the NFL.

The O-Line has been phenomenal as well. Giving Brady enough time to Survey the field and drop those bombs.

Kellerman is a JOKE. He shouldn’t be on the air. Kellerman is either stupid or a hater of greatness. Sort of like what the writers of were BEFORE Brady showed them what greatness is all about.

You won’t see or hear from him again until the Bucs lose in a row… which might be NEVER

  16. Buc1987 Says:

Steven007….I’ve been waiting for Anthem to come back on and tell us all about Brady’s “weenie” arm.

Once again I saw nothing but lasers.

    Go Bucs!!

You still aren’t showing any class by attaching negative adjectives and verbs to Tom Brady’s name . You have a National audience now. Act like you know. You could say 9 time SB contender, 6 time SB winner, multiple MVP of the league and of the SB, . Always ready, always prepared, accurate, competitive. , focused, optimistic, etc.. etc… Stop hating like a loosah and start congratulating like a winnah.

  20. Allbuccedup Says:

Its starting to look like Brady was the reason the Pats were winning all those championships and not necessarily Belicheat.

  21. MainerTrappedinMinnesota Says:

Boston Boy has it right and I’ve said the same many times. Trust me it will bite JoeBucs in a$$. Brady does not forget and will add this to the many chips on his shoulder. You’ll want a quote or interview from Tom Terrific. You’ll get nada.

Born New Englander here. Furious how the Pats did Tom and trust me the majority of us KNEW Brady was the reason for 20 yrs of greatness and not Belichick. Sad to see the Pats go in the toilet but happy to see Tom having success with your team.

  22. orlbucfan Says:

Boston Boy: do us a favor and get lost. As a troll, you are beyond lame. If you are getting paid, sign me up. What an easy gig. This Bucs team is the finest one we have ever had. We are loaded with talent in all 3 parts: offense, defense and ST. Even if Methuselah goes down in injury, the team will carry on. Even with the #2 qb.

  23. Sorryjackchuckiesback Says:

They should have listened to him in New England… He was OBVIOUSLY what made things run smoothly there!! The respect he demanded from everyone around him because of his play through the years … That and his commitment to knowledge of the game makes him the best coach on the sideline wherever he goes and they should have listened!!! ….. WE DIDN’T LISTEN!!!! WE, WE DIDN’T LISTEN
