“He’s Answered”

September 9th, 2020

RoJo is having a good week

So what is swirling through the head of Ronald Jones after the Bucs drafted a running back at No. 76 overall and then signing LeSean McCoy and Leonard Fournette?

Joe hopes the Bucs can keep up RoJo’s spirits and fire, so Joe asked Bucco Bruce Arians about that today.

The head coach delivered encouraging words.

JoeBucsFan.com: How is Ronald Jones’ confidence after adding Leonard Fournette? Did you have to have a chat with him? Or how does that work?

Bruce Arians: No. He just came out and practiced as well as he’s practiced all year for the last three or four days. Not [that] I would have expected any other things. He’s answered. It’s his job and he’s getting ready to play.”

Joe’s glad to hear RoJo answered the siren bell this week, and it appears he is at the top of his game.

Joe’s fired up to see if RoJo can make a leap. He’ll need to if he wants to keep the job Arians says is his.

  2. Pablo Says:

If Pablo was the Head Coach he would have RoJo on the practice squad . Leonard Fournette would be starting and Pablo would sprinkle in Shady McCoy on third downs.

  3. SB Says:

Pablo maybe needs to stick to making pinatas after such a long hiatus.

  4. Red Blud Bucs Boy Says:

If Pablo was coach, every Bucs fan would be banging their heads against the wall…..

Nothing like competition to bring out your best.

  6. AlabamaBucsFan Says:

Wish Joe would create another website called, Joetrollfan. NDog, Jameis Man Crush El Relisto and Pablo could all have a blast on it.

That said, the trolls provide comedy and drama and entertainment value, as long as they don’t start breeding

    what if:

rojo bust loose for like 138 yards on 24 carries and 2 tds…

the trolls are what gets joe and gang thru the offseason…

we’ve got villains on here like mail order brides and sheet

Who cares what Pablo thinks? Go RoJo.

  12. Alanbucsfan Says:

Fournette will be the red zone back
ROJO will get the bulk of carries
McCoy will be the passing down back
Vaughn will have to practice his A off to get on the field

  13. gp Says:

Rojo will crank out 100+ on the ground
Brady will add 300+ through the air
Fournette will literally grind out 40-50 in the fourth to seal the deal

The big question on my mind is, which defense is going to show up?

  14. Hodad Says:

Joe, Rojo isn’t worried because unlike you he understands he’s not being replaced, but will SHARE the backfield with some other talented backs. John Havlicek wasn’t a starter for the Celtics. He was the first off the bench then never came out of the game! Don’t know why you’re so hung up on who the starter is. It’s going to take ALL our RB’s to get through the season. Just be happy we finally have some good options in the run game.

  15. Jason Says:

    Cerberus!!!

  16. ClwJB Says:

He has tremendous examples – did Mike Evans cry when we got Chris Godwin – did OJ cry when we signed Gronkowski – you want the team to be loaded at as many positions as it can be, winning outweighs everything and winning gets a lot of people paid, whether it’s with us or as a FA – he is getting first shot at the bell cow role, it is on him to keep LF27 on the bench

  17. Arians > Licht Says:

Rojo sucks! Coaches know it OR we would not have 3 new RB to replace his ass! Another Licht F up!

    Agreed ^^^^^
