I have a pewter Kitchenaid Classic Mixer – I think I’ve used it like 3 times, but when I saw it came in pewter I had to have it, and it does look awesome.

Koetter’s offense is horrible for his defense. They either score in 3 plays of punt, giving the other team way longer time of possession. By the fourth quarter, the defense is gassed. So They Get an early lead and lose it in the past few minutes of the game!

Leftwich just has zero flow to his playcalling. He’s ultra predictable, then in situations where that 2.8 yards up the gut gets you a 1st down, he instead tries to be tricky. He’s just not good. I wish BA was calling the plays so we could see what this team could actually do. Leftwich has consistently been bailed out by having so many good players.

I think what we are seeing offensively is basically this team trying to put pieces together into a unified whole. And to build confidence in these young players like Howard, who will be seriously needed later. And to develop chemistry among Brady and our other offensive weapons. That’s why I hesitate to give Leftwich credit. If he puts together one drive of good playcalling, you know it’s going to be followed up 5 drives of run up the middle on 1st for no gain.

It’s the SAME DEFENSE as last year with the addition of Winfield and less D-Line depth.
The difference is… Brady sustains more drives and keeps our Defense off the field where they can rest and examine game film/photos to make adjustments.
Brady also doesn’t turn the ball over like Winston did constantly which often gave Defenses short fields. Just look at opponents AVERAGE STARTING FIELD POSITION this season compared to last season.
That’s what knuckleheads like YOU just don’t get about football.
WINSTON SUCKED. He was a massive LIABILITY.

If Leftwich wasn’t so predictable the running game would open up then he can do his run up the gut on 2nd down and it would actually work. Unbelievable – the Defense also faced TERRIBLE losing teams at the end of the season last year as well.
They’re playing better with more experience, sure… but they’re also playing better because they have CONFIDENCE that their QB isn’t going to just give the game away at any moment after they’ve busted their butts for much of a game to try and win.
Our Defense is also better due to REST. That’s a fact. They’re not on the field as much, and especially not defending short fields which wears a Defense out.
