Consider this scenario:
Bucs trade M Evans to Jets for Jamal Adams. Then they sign Antonio Brown on the cheap. With the $$ freed up with MEvans contract, the Bucs could lock up J Adams, Godwin and maybe Barrett to a long term deal.
I kinda agree with Ira that Brown is too risky and not worth it, but the idea is intriguing.
