  1. D-Rome Says:

It’s refreshing to see a flash poll that has nothing to do with a bust at the QB position.

  2. LaMarcus Says:

Draft Jameis back in the 1st round

  3. Allbuccedup Says:

Trade down and get another 2nd or 3rd round pick.

  4. Rob Tanner Says:

RB, it’s been too long without one.

  5. LaMarcus Says:

    On a serious note

I would rather them draft oline, rb, 3rd reciever, safety, dline, another corner and another qb

    Lots a holes to fill

  6. ManzielMadness Says:

OL if one of the top 4 OL are there… if not take Brown/Kinlaw… if all are gone then trade back.

  7. Ndog Says:

It’s funny for the first time in my life I am not excited about this team at all so I don’t really give a sh!t. It’s just the truth, I’m not excited in the least and it sucks.

  8. SteveK Says:

So excited for the season. Come on playoffs.

For the first time in a loooooong time, it’s exciting to be a Buc fan again.

    TB x TB = SB in 2020

  9. AwShbucs Says:

RT, RB and Safety are the 3 most glaring holes on the roster.

Given that our current QB, the greatest of all time, will be 43 this season. I’d say we should draft the best available RT at 14, maybe even trade up a few spots if necessary. Take a Rb in the 2nd, and then go BPA on defense for the rest of the draft.

If we still dont have another starting caliber safety after that we should trade for one.

  10. Craig Says:

Could be a dream season if all the draft picks pan out.

O-line is a pain to pick, the best resumed guys always seem to falter.

  11. Sarasota Garey Says:

Big four o lineman, Kinlaw or Brown, or trade back for additional high pick.

  12. Ndog Says:

Oh course you’re excited SteveK cause you’re not a fan you’re a bandwagon jumper. I can see it a mile away, you care when you see others excited and don’t care when others aren’t. For you that fits perfectly.

  13. Jean Lafitte Says:

    Ndog <– you suck

  14. Bucsfan951 Says:

Ndoggy: since you’re probably not going to games and we all have been told a million times you have season tickets, want to sell me a game? I’ll be flying in for a game this yr.

  15. Bucsfan951 Says:

Trenches trenches trenches! Time to get younger on that line!!! Sign a vet safety and cb.

  16. Buczilla Says:

Holy hell, I voted with the majority for once.

  17. Youngbucs Says:

Ndog u need help bro u tell us everyday ur not happy.
What the hell do u want from us seriously beat it man.

  18. SteveK Says:

    Ndog,

Not bandwagon at all. Just excited to have the GOAT lead our team. 🐐 🏴‍☠️

Would you say Brady begins center gives us a better chance st making the playoffs than some FA, former #1 overall pick not named Cam Newton, whom remains nameless and playoffless?

  19. Youngbucs Says:

Telling people they are not fans everyone just ignore this guy.

  20. Youngbucs Says:

Mad because we’re not cult followers of Jameis1of1 like him.

  21. SteveK Says:

It’s ok, NDog, you’re entitled to your opinion.

I’ll stick with mine, Brady and the Bucs are balling!!!!!

    Check your sheet!

    Eating W’s!

  22. Ndog Says:

No Young I am not telling him he is not a fan anymore I am telling him he was never a fan. Get it right.

  23. Youngbucs Says:

    And I’m telling u get a life

  24. Bucsfan951 Says:

For the record, I was serious with my question, ndog. I am really flying out to watch a game this yr

  25. SteveK Says:

I’ve always been a fan Ndog.

    Are you a fan?

You’re upset Jameis is a FA and unsigned. I am not bc we got the greatest to ever play the position in the SB era behind center.

How does that not make me a fan?

To me, just an opinion, you are upset Jameis was shown the FA door. I wish he played better, good enough to earn another contract. But his inconsistency won out.

Sorry it didn’t work out. I’ll still wear my Jameis jersey and think of what *could of * been, alas it never was.

  26. Youngbucs Says:

And I’ll bet u believed Jameis1of1. On the first day of free agency when he was spewing nonsense. Talking about Winston has all the leverage on the Bucs while free agency was happening. In what world does an employer let an employee go find another and that person has leverage lol. Thts ur leader telling u the type of bull lol

  27. Ndog Says:

951 I wouldn’t sell you my tickets for 5 Trillion dollars. I will be there like I always am and you better believe if ANYTHING goes wrong you know who is getting 100% of the blame. I am going to put on my tinfoil hat that you all frequent and EVERYTHING is going to be the QBs fault. And yes you will here about all game day, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Get ready fellas cause let’s all hope we do great then I won’t have to say sh!t, but if I do have to you can guarantee who will get 100% of the blame.

  28. SteveK Says:

About as much leverage as a fire hydrant has when a dog is about to relieve itself.

😂 which brand of aluminum foil provides the best headgear? I heard New Era err.. Reynolds Wrap was going to support you as the official member of the 30/30 fan club.

    Ndog,

which brand of aluminum foil provides the best headgear? I heard New Era err.. Reynolds Wrap was going to support you as the official member of the 30/30 fan club.

    😂

  31. Ndog Says:

First of all for the thousandth time it’s not about Jameis it’s about us being a worthless franchise again in 3 years. This is an extremely short sighted and foolish move and panders to the fans like you who actually believe this is going to work when the reality is that it is more than likely not going to work and we are going to be screwed. So enjoy the off-season and I’m sure when we are a sh!t show in 2023 you will be long gone while the poor saps like me will be stuck watching us look for a QB for the next 20 years.

And by the way anyone that went out and bought a jersey then talked about said player the way you have SteveK is simply a CLUELESS fan. A. Why would you but a jersey of a guy you think sucks so bad or B. Do you just buy a jersey based on where a guy is drafted with no feeling on the player?

  32. ClodHopper Says:

I voted OL but would be completely happy with either of the top 3. Currently OL, RB, and pass rusher.

  33. SteveK Says:

    Ndog,

I guess we agree to disagree.

Didn’t Jon Gruden won us a super bowl, after trading for him in his first year? Anything is possible.

And, when I speak of Jameis I am objective. Dude was inconsistent and remains a FA for a reason.

  34. Casual Observer Says:

    The wisdom of crowds!

  35. Youngbucs Says:

Right because keeping Jameis was definitely going to work u need a woman

  36. Swampbuc Says:

Spending that first round pick on an O-Lineman, particularly this crop of O-linemen, would be stupid. So not surprising that more than 70% of Bucs fans would want them to do that.

Warren Sapp continues to be right, Bucs fans are the dumbest in the NFL.

  37. SOEbuc Says:

People that think Bruce Arians is going to draft a OL in the first are hilarious. Ive always said swap Smith to RT and get another very good LT. He has good hands just not the best feet moving left compared to right if he’s right handed.

That being said all these first round prospects play LT and I’m not taking the risk for us to swing one to the right side. Not to mention this draft is stacked with OL.

Not on the voting board, but I’d trade down in the first and pick one up in the second.

  38. stpetebucsfan Says:

    SOEBuc

Whenever somebody brings up trade down I think of perhaps the greatest GM in NFL history HOFer Bobby Beathard who took multiple franchises to SEVEN SB’s winning four of them.

He was famous for his disdain of draft scouting and odds of success. In every case he could get a good deal he ALWAYS traded down. His logic…not hard to understand…if a draft pick has a 50-50 chance of success why not double the picks to at least hopefully get back to even.

During the JW-Mariotta debate I vacillated between the two…finally believing that JW was the greater talent and he would outgrow his youthful stupidity.

While I think that was the right call between those two…it was in hindsight clearly the WRONG call for the #1 pick in the draft. How many picks would that have secured. There was a group here then…although the minority who wanted to trade down with that pick. They were RIGHT!!!

And so I never challenge the wisdom of trading down…especially if you’re not chasing what you believe is a generational QB.

So I would be very comfortable with trading down.

  39. Tampabuscsbro Says:

SOEbuc you know Wirfs played at right tackle all through college. He is one of the guys we could get. Also coming into the NFL you are a blank slate if you’re an offensive lineman.

  40. Ndog Says:

stpetebucsfan absolutely garbage take, the Bucs drafted the correct player by far BUT did a HORRIBLE job of building a team around said player.

  41. Jean Lafitte Says:

    SOEbuc you said,

People that think Bruce Arians is going to draft a OL in the first are hilarious
    ______________________________________________

First round offensive lineman usually have staying power and rarely are considered a bust after a few seasons, unlike other position groups do.

For the most part they are historically very safe picks and become the anchors of consistent offenses..

  42. Jean Lafitte Says:

    I’m with Ndog

Jameis is the best backup QB EVER!

  43. Billy_45 Says:

N Dog is gonna have a true wake-up call after next season when the Bucs win at least 12 games because there are over 20 less picks.

Jameis doesn’t have a home for a reason.
At this rate, he may be living with you in 2 years, so literally everyone would be happy.

  44. J Says:

Ndog would be ALL lathered up to be with JW.

  45. SteveK Says:

    Ndog,

    A. I bought Jameis’ jersey when he was drafted bc I wanted to support him as our QB and first overall pick.

However, after getting suspended and playing poorly on the field, I understand why we cut bait and I am happy with the upgrade at the QB position.

No hard feelings for Jameis. I’ll root for him, just not when he plays the Bucs.

I also thought his thank you to Bucs fans was cool. I wish he’d not mention seeing us in the SB next year with anew team bc of his new team goes to the SB it won’t be bc of him. Jameis couldn’t even get us to playoffs in five years.

  46. Chris@Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa Says:

I think we will go O Line, and may even move up in the draft, to get our guy.

  47. Sarasota Garey Says:

    Almost 78% for oline.

  48. JP09 Says:

If one of the 4 are there they have to go Oline imo. Unless Lamb or Juedy are there and you want to add another dynamic play maker.

Here’s how I hope* the draft plays out for the Bucs after seeing free agency

    Draft
Rd 1 OT (one of the big 4)
    Rd 2 Johnathan Taylor RB-Wisc
    Rd 3 Raekwon Davis DL-Bama
Rd 4 Utah Logan Stenberg G- UK
    Rd 4 Jake Fromm QB-UGA
Rd 5 Quez Watkins WR-So. Miss
Rd 6 Raequan Williams DT-Mich St

I know Taylor & Davis being available in the 2nd & 3rd is a stretch but crazier things have happened

  49. Hamsadwitchtime Says:

like To get a Qb in round 2 to learn behind Brady, however RB is immediat need. Trade up into second and get Qb as well.

  50. Hamsadwitchtime Says:

    Please, no Jake Fromm

  51. Hamsadwitchtime Says:

    Eason

  52. SteveK Says:

    Ndog,

I would love to watch a game with you. Please let me know if we could Make that a possibility? I don’t question your fandom, and while I disagree with you on some things I respect you.

  53. SOEbuc Says:

Tampabucsbro… Touche on Wirfs. And if he falls to 14 (lol) I’m totally down. And if OT can come into the league on a clean slate, than I’m moving D. Smith to RT and picking up Andrew Thomas at LT.

  54. 813bucboi Says:

    LUV

    where ya at?…lol…

    GO BUCS

  55. 813bucboi Says:

Didn’t vote cuz I feel we could go 3 different ways….OT..DT..DE…

    GO BUCS

  56. SOEbuc Says:

Jean Lafitte…BA has said (before Brady) that he really doesn’t like drafting OL in the first. I assume the QB whisperer feels he can scout a good OL post first round. And really easy to find great OL rounds 2-4 and possibly even beyond. GM SOEbucs. My three situations for first three rounds.

Round 1: Kinlaw or trade back for your choice of the RB in the first and another second round pick.

Round 2: RB (with one pick). Round 2: RT and DT (two picks)

Round 3: RT (with one pick) OG/C (with two picks in the second). Cappa was average last year. Possibly great competition and depth. Could possibly take over Jensen at some point and could possibly be good depth at C.
