City Of Tampa Issues Apology

This nonsense that Bucs quarterback Tom Brady was hassled recently while exercising alone in a Tampa city park seems to have reached a logical end.
An apology was issued on the City of Tampa’s official Twitter feed, so Joe will consider this an official apology on behalf of the city fathers of Tampa.
In short, Tampa says to Brady, “We are sorry.”

In a video conference with St. Petersburg mayor Rick Kriseman, Tampa mayor Jane Castor confessed that a city parks employee was trying to shoo away a man working out by himself in a Tampa park. The name of the park was not listed.
The lawbreaker (ahem) just happened to be Brady.
So common sense is ruling the day. What we do not know is if Brady was run out of the park during the hassle in question, or if the city employee apologized on the spot and offered to fetch protein-infused water for Brady to quench his thirst.
Joe is guessing there are several South Tampa lasses that would offer their backyards free of charge for Brady to work out in peace.

I ran into him. He forced me to take one of his Tampa Bay jerseys and put it on without me washing it or anything.
Then forced me into close pictures with both me an Gisele wearing those Jersey’s. I was just too close to Gisele. I felt her breath on my neck. It was horrible.

What I am impressed with TB12 is his commitment to winning, taking home town discounts all these years to win. Russell and Mahomes won 1 SB, and they are asking for mega big bucks. TB12 paid $25M, I have said previously the Glazers are smart business people. TB12 does not cost them a buck. The merchandise sales, full stadium (if there are games this year and I heard BUC was 2nd or 3rd lowest in attendance last year), the fact that the BUCS franchise must be worth a lot more now, etc. these pay TB12 many times over. And if TB12 does win the 7th or get into the playoff, that is icing on the investment. How much does 1 playoff games worth to the Glazers? That is business side of this sport.
