“Why Add To It?”

March 31st, 2020

Offers his take on Bucs.

If a circus is already coming to town, why add another elephant?

That’s basically what former Bucs defensive tackle and Monday Night Football analyst Booger McFarland was asking. What was he talking about?

The potential of the Bucs signing Antonio Brown.

Earlier this week, Bucs AC/DC-loving general manager Jason Licht said adding the whackjob receiver is not a focus. Last week, Bucs coach Bucco Bruce Arians was less diplomatic and slammed the door shut on any idea the Bucs would add a whackjob like Brown to the locker room.

Feel free to watch and hear Booger’s reaction in the BSPN video below.

Not what this post is about, but I want draft Booger’s kid, Anthony. He’s got great speed and change of direction and should be available in the 4th. A great complement to RJ’s power.

No need to bring the Mersa of the NFL into One Buc Place.

Joe, Off topic. but is Jameis signing to back up Brady a possibility? I think if he is gonna be a backup, why not stay here?

  4. Ben the GA Buc Says:

As usual, Boogs has a flair for the obvious. Time to put this topic to bed for good.

  5. Adrnagy Says:

If we have the biggest diva in the nfl in two face Bruce Arians. Bring in Antonio brown please.
    I’ll buy a jersey asap.

    There’s two type of divas.

    Bad boy
    Barbie boy

We have 2 Barbie boy diva. Bruce and Tom.

Dumb, dumb, dumb to all these dumb people talking about signing AB. We have Mike Evans and Chris Godwin and Brate. Two 1,000+ yard WR much more professional than Darrel Revis 2.0. Godwin is still year away from getting paid and the Bucs are no doubt bringing him back over giving Brown a ton of cash. Like I said…Dumb. They just don’t have anything else to talk about or don’t know anything about the Bucs other than JW 30/30. Not like I would love to have three 1,000+ yards WR but like I said, dumb.

    Not a realistic possibility.

    Adrnagy,
I’m trying to stay positive in these trying times, but you are a f@@king idiot.

I kinda feel sorry for Antonio Brown. He;s already admitted he forgets stuff and has headaches. I betcha anything he’s in the initial stages of CTE. I hope not but something tells me he is.

Booger has a mouth on his forehead

    @DanBucFan

A lot of the players were Jameis friends. And bringing Jameis back, even as a back up, could potentially cause many problems in the locker room. As it stands now you have the greatest QB in the NFL as your QB. No reason to cause any problems in the locker room during this transition of Starting QB’s.

This idea that people are so mentally weak they can’t deal with the “circus” is just pure idiocy. Man up or go play soccer.

  14. Sauron's eye Says:

Please no more Jameis. Draft someone with starter potential. Jameis will be holding a clipboard for a season or two.

  15. TOM Says:

Please no more from Booger who has a flair for stating the obvious. Turned the sound down on MNF just so I didn’t have to listen to the big booger.
