How many times are we going to run this pole? LOL never should’ve drafted this guy in the first place. He turned out to be every red flag anybody should’ve seen from college. Time to move on and make the Buccaneers a team to be proud of again.

  2. Greg Says:

If Joe wants the Jameis lovers to vote on this he will have to run the pole later in the afternoon. Perhaps around 4:20 LOL

  3. Anonymous Says:

5 years is enough time to prove yourself. It’d be irresponsible for the Bucs to drag this on any longer, a change needs to be made

  4. Walter Says:

5 years is long enough, dragging this out any longer would simply be irresponsible of the Bucs. A change is needed

  5. pepsi Says:

Very torn on this. I think in 2020 if we had a Rivers or Brady wed be surefire playoffs for the first time in in a decade. But if we tried Winston one more year and he had success cutting down his ints wed resign him and have a young long term QB who has tons of talents.. Man Winston really screwed us up with 30 ints this year.

  6. ben Says:

5 years is long enough.. lets pick door #2 or draft a qb

  7. Dewey Selmon Says:

I’ve given this franchise 44 years of my life. I’m willing to give Jameis another year. No way does he sniff 30 ints again.

  8. Robert Says:

pretty clear he is not wanted via poll results so far. we need ndog to log on to 60 IP’s and change the tide!

  9. DoooshLaRue Says:

    Check ya sheet………ya gone son!

  10. Pewter power Says:

Winston bet on himself and thought he won with 5,000 yards and 33 touchdowns which prompted him to say check ya sheet I’m ballin. It made him ask for 30 million because the interceptions and wins dont matter to him

I just dont like his demeanor on the field and at press conferences anymore it’s got this fake lovie Smith like quality, It’s time to start over and groom a quarterback for when BA retires which is actually a great idea unless you prefer to leave it up to leftwich.

  11. Craig Says:

Wish Jameis well, just hope it is elsewhere

  12. D-Rome Says:

I’ve given this franchise 44 years of my life. I’m willing to give Jameis another year. No way does he sniff 30 ints again.

Of course he won’t. He’ll be benched when he continues with the turnovers.

  13. pryda...sec 147 Says:

    Why a 32min poll?!
Joe has been doing a series of short polls (versus the 24-hour kind) to prevent and limit people from voting at home, and then at work and then on their phone the next time they sit on the bowl. –Joe

  14. #1 Pick QB 2 Cent Brain Says:

Looks like fans are tired of hearing

“I have to protect the football.”
    “I have to be better.”
“I have to bounce back and not turn the ball over.”

  15. NPRSageBoy. Says:

JayMiss is what you see: a talented thrower who is capable of keeping both teams in the game until time expires (or the final Pick-6).

    Time to move on.

    Peace, out

  16. Tampa Bay Demon Says:

What was all that stuff about the flash polls flavoring Jameis?
LOL, that always was a silly notion.
It doesn’t favor either side, clearly.

What we ALL know beyond the shadow of a doubt, though, is that we have never had a more polarizing player for our BUCS fanbase.

It has been as crazy of a roller coaster ride as it has been for Jameis, in his career.

  17. BucsFIRE Says:

    Greg Says:
“If Joe wants the Jameis lovers to vote on this he will have to run the pole later in the afternoon. Perhaps around 4:20 LOL”

    What are you saying?
The haters don’t work during the day?
    Maybe so, lol.

  18. Leon Says:

The only decision is yes these fans are embarrassing!

  19. MadMax Says:

Jaboo be ballin wit da NO’s in these polls

  20. D-Rome Says:

It’s not a yes for 63.04% of the JBF readers. It’s probably that way for the rest of Tampa Bay.

  21. Buccernutter Says:

Well this is unfair. We all know 40 of those are 813’s different profiles he voted with to swing this as a majority no over yes. The guy pretty much lives on this site.

Leon, couldn’t agree more. Most of our fans watched a total of 3 games.

  22. BucEmUp Says:

Why is that Greg? Because we actually gave sh!t to do with our lives besides monitoring a fan site every waking hour?

  23. Buccernutter Says:

    HA Bucemup

Ya man some of these people are obsessed. He’s trying to say people who support jameis are dumb because they smoke weed.

    SMH. He’s not very funny.

  24. Formerly Tampa 2 Says:

Missed the Poll, but Joe got it right for once. No.

  25. Buccaneerscotty Says:

    Missed the poll hard No

  26. Tye Says:

70 games is plenty in a body of work to properly evaluate someone and come to a solid conclusion.. He did NOT get the job done… We now know what he is as a QB and the results are clear that he isn’ t a guy anyone can trust with the game on the line in the most crucial position… It really is that simple!

    NEXT!

  27. Buccernutter Says:

I can’t fathom how nobody understands why a guy would struggle with a bad defense, run game, kicker, ol, and even coaching. From a franchise that has never had elite qb play, you really expect one quarterback to overcome that and win a bunch of games?

    WOW. SMH.

  28. 813bucboi Says:

    BYE JW!!!!!!!

    GO BUCS!!!!!

  29. John.L Says:

    NO!

  30. D-Rome Says:

From a franchise that has never had elite qb play

You got that right. This franchise has never had elite QB play from any QB, including Jay-Miss.

  31. Tampa Bay Demon Says:

    JOE,

I am just curious. Have the Glazers or their reps asked you to share with them any of these kind of results, or do you think that they might?

Do they inquire about such things?… fan opinions, polls, etc, on JBF

  32. Leon Says:

He threw for the 4th most yards in NFL history in a season! Not re-signing him is it gonna say we could do

  33. Leon Says:

Meant not resigning him is the dumbest we could do

  34. SteveK Says:

    Leon,

Look at the rate of turnovers. Fool’s gold. Fitzmagic and Winston split 2018- throwing for more yards, touchdowns, and less interceptions than Jameis in 2019.

  35. Buccernutter Says:

If you don’t think jameis has flashed elite qb play and has had a good number of games with doing so, you’re dumb. I would love to debate that.

FYI they just said jameis has had more elite games with 100 qbr ratings or better and lost than peyton manning and tom brady. They have played 18 seasons. Jameis has played 5.

  36. MadMax Says:

SO MANY ARE DISCOUNTING THE RECEIVERS JW HAD WHICH MADE HIM LOOK SO MUCH BETTER!!!

Fitz was ballin with them too! You think ANY QB wouldnt want to come here with our receiving core?
