September 27th, 2019

Rookies Devin White (knee) and Jamel Dean (ankle) will be nursing their respective injuries on Sunday and will not play against the Rams, head coach Bucco Bruce Arians announced today.

Chris Godwin (hip) and Ryan Jensen (back) impressed Arians with their work today and will be gameday decisions, Arians added.

    Aw shucks!

    ……our savior is out again

    (oh well)

  2. Asdf Says:

Seems like this knee is more serious than originally reported…

  3. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Definitely worse than we thought on White….but there is absolutely no way we should gamble on him returning before he is 100%

Once again, the Great Jason Licht draft master strikes again. Ist rounder so far is either sick, looks slow and often injured. 2nd rounders look slow, confused, over their heads and also injured. And how bout that great kicker in the 5th round! And we wonder why this franchise is anchored at the bottom. Someone, please sacrifice a chicken!

  6. FireJasonLicht Says:

Not 1 player from this passed draft is making a difference or a positive impact on this team. Not 1. Fail GM +Fail coaching staff =fail franchise

  7. RODNEY ALLEN Says:

Pelbuc u cant bring up injuries unless they were injured alot in college which they weren’t SMMFH

  8. alaskabuc Says:

Minter has filled in and balled out in White’s replacement. Looking like we should have gifted him the starting job and drafted Ed Oliver or Josh Allen. Still lots of time for White to grow into a start but right now he’s shaping up to be another meh draft pick by Licht.

I thought we knew this was going to be a few weeks

  10. tmaxcon Says:

they are hiding the savior so he does not embarrass himself another wasted first round pick. high first round picks need to be impact players not part timers… all the bucs do is collect limited skill set part time players in rounds 1 and 2

I believe that the reason nobody would have drafted Dizzy Dean is that he had 3 bad knees previously.

    Gumpster Fire!

  12. pelbuc Says:

Rodney, check you facts on Deans’ prior knee surgeries in college. Also check out Licht’s second round blunders as well.

While the rest of the post was pretty well argued, this statement renders anything said after as moot because it is sooooo ridiculous. Why are certain segments of our society such conspiracy theorists? It’s like it’s mental issue with some people.

So I assume you believe Derrius Guice was a horrid draft pick?

Does any player who gets hurts represent a mistake in the draft?

Do you know any nostrodamus around here who can predict health and certainty in the violent NFL?

  17. tmaxcon Says:

    stpete

bucs have a long history of drafting fragile, soft, and mentally weak players who can’t take the field when the bell rings. it’s a man’s sport.

  18. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

Blaming Jason Licht for the last draft is stupid. First, we’re three games in. It is far too early to judge them.

Second, Bruce Arians was in full control of this draft.

And you chumps gave up on Vita Vea last year too. Then pretended you never doubted.

And finally, I find it interesting that you’ve shifted to this year’s draft now that your old targets have started working out.

  19. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

If you refuse to acknowledge the importance of player development, then you are at best a bandwagon fan, and at worst a troll.

  20. Pelbuc61 Says:

Well let’s see. We know for sure that our 5th round kicker cost us at least one game so far and we’re only 3 games into the season. As far as injuries, what good is a draft pick if he’s not on the field.

  21. Bucamania Says:

I’m more upset about missing Dean than White. I think Dean could help in the secondary.

  22. Easy Says:

We have ONE player from this entire draft that is a starter on the team lol.

  23. BetterBucFan Says:

Ah yes the playmaker Jamel Dean.

  24. stpetebucsfan Says:

    tmax

Dude you have NO credibility here. Why do you waste your time?

  25. Buccfan37 Says:

Anxious to see White because his absence is a bummer for sure.

  26. Touchdown, Tampa Bay Says:

TouchDown TampaBay is a phony! He stole my name because it was so sweet! He couldn’t think of anything better so he stole it. I am Touchdown, Tampa Bay! He ripped me of y’all. He’s a fake and a phony bologna! He’s Michael B Jordan! He’s not the original. He’s a copy cat. I’m taking you to court every day on this website!

  27. Touchdown, Tampa Bay Says:

There’s a thief among us!!! Watch your name or he will steal it!
