“What The F@#% Are You Guys Doing?”

August 9th, 2019

Still has it.

After taking a year off from the NFL, it doesn’t appear as if Bucco Bruce Arians has lost his bark. And he sure hasn’t lost his bite.

In yet another outstanding piece from the video guys over at Buccaneers.com, another edition of “The Current,” their “Hard Knocks”-like video series, just dropped.

This edition is eerily similar to the initial episode of the 2017 “Hard Knocks,” which featured the Bucs. It began with then-coach Dirk Koetter addressing the team to start training camp, and The Current episode below does that, too, with Arians telling his players to lose their egos if they hope to succeed and improve.

Then Arians’ famous salty vocabulary appears as the Bucs head out to the practice field. In one scene, it appears Arians was upset with the offense and hollers, “What the f*ck are you guys doing?”

In another scene, Joe isn’t sure if Arians is celebrating or scolding a strong interception when he yells, “Come back to the ball and snatch it! Taking your f@cking lunch money.”

You can watch the entire video below.

For a team that hasn’t been to the playoffs in over a decade shouldn’t have ounce of ego in them! I love players like Ali marpet fighting and clawing everyday to get better! GO BUCS

  2. Destinjohnny Says:

He is like a tame bear Bryant
You can tell he was really influenced by him

  3. DB55 Says:

10 hours 45 mins and counting. The rest is just talk and talk is cheap

  4. Todd Says:

    Ira & Zack—

Looking forward to chowing down some wings plus imbibing in an adult beverage or two tonight…as we witness the resurrection of the Bucs franchise!

I’ll be the guy sporting a European marble bag with no shirt.

    Make Marble Bags Great Again!

  5. WyldKat Says:

Didn’t Lovie Smith take the air out of the Bucs once by criticizing the language of a halftime speech by a player?

Maybe this time, something will change for the better.

  6. Greg Says:

Go Bucs! I think it’s going to be hard to have a winning season with the injuries we already have plus the ridiculous schedule but if Jameis Winston shows consistency at his position and the defense and offensive line get on track I will be absolutely thrilled that we’re finally going in the right direction. Ronald Jones people! Break out player tonight!

  7. BucEmUp Says:

When will we hear about Vita Vea?

  8. Loyaltotheend Section 312 Says:

Was he off the golf cart when he said this?

  9. TampaTown Says:

    @ Todd:
Pretty sure you’ll be stopped at the door in that outfit. People will be trying to eat.

  10. NOSBOS Says:

Todd, just the bro I’ve been looking for. Listen, if you get a free moment I want you to pull up NFLnetworks “The Life” Lawrence Taylor episode. About a month ago we had a little debate on him and a possible use of something while he played. I felt he did, I think you felt he didn’t. I want you to hear what he says from his own mouth.

  11. Buc89 Says:

Arians looks like scott Steiner in the photo

  12. Todd Says:

    NOSBOS—

I watched but wasn’t looking for it. I can assure you, I’ve never debated it. It would not surprise me in the least, though. As long as Devin White doesn’t become a white-line vacuum cleaner, I’m fine letting the past be the past.

Now, a question for you. Will you be watching the game tonight trying to catch players doing something right, or wrong? I won’t ask Joe. I’m pretty confident he’s already penned three all-negative stories already.

  13. tmaxcon Says:

arians better be careful talking to men like that bucfan prefers their coaches to kiss players arse’s on the way to another basement title… and then of course, the religious dungy nuthuggers will chime in your don’t have to cuse to get the job done even though they are referencing dungy the clowns failed coaching tenure in tampa.

  14. LordCornelius Says:

Just hoping for health tonight mostly and for the lines & RBs to look adequate.

    GO BUCS

  15. tmaxcon Says:

the entire league was on cocaine in the 80’s just like the rest of the country was back then… major league baseball was especially hit hard with cocaine… hell I don’t think there was a single player on the 86 mets that did not do a rehab stint…. of course the LT and the giants were jacked up…. cocaine in the 80’s was what pills are to you young-ins today they are everywhere…

  16. NOSBOS Says:

I got it recording brother, I don’t get off until 8:15. So I’ll force myself to not watch any until the game is over. But trust you me before I close shop for the night I will have seen every snap man.

  17. Kobe Faker Says:

“Sounds like Brenston Buckner with a Kangol Hat”

    Kobe Faker

  18. Rob Tanner Says:

Cocaine is a hell of a drug.

  19. Greg Says:

I say that exact phrase at least 5 times a game watching these guys….time to get me a Kangol

  20. Rod Munch Says:

A very famous man once told me that you do something either really well, or really bad, just never in between.

This was very in between, ie, very boring.

Then again the first episode of Hard Knocks this season was really boring as well.
