“The Disrespect… Ends Now!”

August 14th, 2019

Defends Bucs’ starter.

Admit it. When Kay Adams talks Bucs, you are in a zone.

The comely co-host of “Good Morning Football,” seen and heard weekday mornings on NFL Network, is tired and fed up with the ish tossed by fantasy football types at America’s Quarterback, Pro Bowler Jameis Winston.

The gang of four got a hold of fantasy football ratings for quarterbacks that listed Jameis at No. 21. Adams was appalled and defended America.

“The disrespect for Jameis Winston as a fantasy quarterback ends now!” Adams said, metaphorically stomping her foot down.

Adams went on to say Jameis will likely have top-12 stats and perhaps even top-10.

You can gawk at listen to Adams explain below in the NFL Network video.

“I’m so in on this,” Adams added.

“Adams was appalled and defended America.”
Yeowsey….what a crazy thing to write.
    To each their own.

  2. Pittsshore Says:

That will be hard to do and he’ll be riding the pine after the London game

  3. miken Says:

He is going to be a top 10 fantasy qb for sure. Hopefuly hes a top 15 in reality too.

I can only conclude those outside of the 813 … are using the complete stat sheet unlike some local humpers. Fingers crossed #3 can become a winner

  5. miken Says:

@pittshore… zero chance he is riding the pine without injury. No reason to play Blaine even if JW has another terrible stretch of games.

  6. Tampabaybucfan Says:

I must admit….I have an “uber fantasy” about Kay as a driver……

  7. Dapostman Says:

I see Bill flip flop Clinton & Cliff knows everything Claven have chimed in already.

  8. Loyaltotheend Section 312 Says:

Jameis has always put up stats just not when they matter

  9. Pittsshore Says:

@miken. Arians will not keep him in when he starts turning the ball over, which he will so early and often. I will be at the London game, starting the chant “hey hey hey, goodbye”.

  10. Lazy Animations (weeb) Says:

Pittshore proving once again he has no idea what he is talking about and has no sense for the team or football

  11. Pittsshore Says:

Hmmmmm. I have been 100% correct over the past two years about this clown at QB. The truth just hurts your tender feelings. Keep it up and I will tell your mommy to whip up a broccoli casserole for dinner tonight.

  12. Dapostman Says:

Guys like Pittsshore don’t have Mommy’s. They have two daddy’s.

  13. Rayjay1122 Says:

Kay Adams 😉 what a babe!

  14. Buczilla Says:

She’s cute and seems to be a football junkie. Good combo. Maybe Ira can use his contacts to hook up whichever Joe is jonesing over her. 😍

  15. Magadude Says:

I think Winston plays all year, no matter what. Many reasons for that. First, he gives the best chance to win over any other QB on the roster. Yay!!! Second, he is already committed for the year ($21M) and BA is his last chance, so they will see that through. Third, they do not want to open up to criticism they didn’t MORE than needed and give him plenty of time (that will happen by his nutty crowd of apologist no matter what). There will be no doubt.

If he plays well, gives the owners a chance to re-look his other baggage and see how much signing him for a second contract will affect the fan base.

He’s got to play his way and behave his way out of any buyer’s remorse generated for the last 4 years.

    But he plays all year…

  16. Phil Says:

Kate Adams is the only super star on NFL Network. The rest of them are clowns. Whatever she says goes.

  17. Hodad Says:

    Yeah baby!!

  18. tmaxcon Says:

That clown owns nearly all the franchises qb records and is the most important buc player since sapp carried the has been backups to the promise land….

  19. tmaxcon Says:

The only clowns employed by glazers were dungy the clown failure, cancer93 and basically every coach and gm in franchise history

  20. Chris@Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa Says:

She is so pretty, and so right!

  21. Eddie Colon Says:

you think its possible for you (joebucsfan) to talk about her for what she is a tv personality who talks sports and not a piece of meat for you to gawk at in your own words its ridiculous how sexist you are women deserve respect treat them as such. stop acting like a man who doesnt know how to control himself when a beautiful woman comes around him…….and enough of my rant youve been doing this for a long time now get it together man i enjoy your content but not the way you speak about women

  22. Mike Johnson Says:

As always fellow Buc fans, I’m gonna give to ya Raw. If jameis does not improve dramatically this season, I think its safe to say he will be a nice career backup and journeyman for the rest of his career. And who knows? He might have some success later on in his career. He has to break into the top 10 this year. 5 or 6 yrs is enough time Jameis. If now now..When?

  23. AlteredEgo Say: Your comment is awaiting moderation. Says:

    Is Rachael’s last name Colon ? 🙂

“She’s cute and seems to be a football junkie. Good combo.”

Yesss. And if she likes doggy style, we can both watch the game!

Hey Eddie, it’s a joke, man. Chill out.

  25. TouchDownTampaBay Says:

Jameis was my starting QB in fantasy and he led my fantasy team to the promised land. He is nowhere near the 21st ranked fantasy QB and that is absolutely ridiculous to have him ranked there. All the haters like Pitts acting like he’s done nothing over his career are morons. I didn’t pick JW as my fantasy QB as a homer, it was a business decision. He puts up stats. I also don’t want to hear about his record. There are 52 other players on game day. JW has led the team to many fourth quarter comeback only to watch as the defense did nothing to stop the opposing team and cough up the win.

  26. Tampa Bay Demon Says:

    Eddie Colon,

To be fair, there are a number of very qualified and talented female sports reporters and analysts who are not afraid to throw in a comment about things like “Kevin Kiermaier’s eyes”.

It is not a crime to say she is pretty. And it does not take away from her true talents as an analyst.

  27. JimmyJack Says:

Kinda tired of fantasy football talk taking over for quality analysis. Makes for irrevelnt conversations for those looking for actual football talk. Oh well guess I’m in the minority. Tryed fantasy for a few years but realized it takes away from the excitement of watching my team. At least for me.

  28. Tampa Bay Demon Says:

First, long time no talk, always love reading your thoughts.

You are NOT alone. I frikking hate fantasy football. No interest whatsoever. I watch extremely closely the whole league. I watch every game that i can. And i care about what is going on. Strictly from an NFL and team perspective. Just do not care about damn FF.

For me,,,,, on TV it is a segment that brings another FF.
    Fast Forward.

  29. Buc believer Says:

Just WATCHING Kay Adams puts me in a zone! A beautiful classy smart lady that LOVES football! Damn she is perfect!

“fantasy football… takes away from the excitement of watching my team.”

100% this. I only have so much attention to go around.

  31. DCBucsfan Says:

To all the Winston haters, this is about FANTASY FOOTBALL POINTS for crying out loud.. nothing to do about wins and loses. The FACT is he has been in the top 5 QBs since he entered the league in yards and TDs so even if you bring in his INTs ,its so irrelevant in fantasy football since the deduction points is very low for a qb that produce his kind of numbers.the fact he is ranked 20+is absolutely a steal considering he is ranked below Dak, Ravens qb, etc .Absolutely a STEAL! The hell is wrong with ya’ll?? Stick with the subject haters!

  32. Dapostman Says:

Jimmy Garoppolo threw interceptions on 5 straight passes in practice today, Wednesday According to NBCSportsBayarea.com.

  33. Jeff Says:

He’s the 13 ranked qb on fantasy pros. CBS he’s even higher. He might win 6 games this year but he could win you 10 in fantasy.

  34. AlabamaBucsFan Says:

Every Quarterback under BA walked away better. Wouldn’t surprise me with in Jameis under BA and in his contract year – he’ll have his best year to date.

  35. DCBucsfan Says:

A good example for the Jamies haters and non-fantasy league fans (rightfully your choice), lets say you take winning Qbs like Brady or KC Mahommes, you ll be screwed with the rest of your roster since it requires to play under salary cap.. so that’s why it will be considered a STEAL to take Jamies with less money and still have good amount of the cap left to get bonified RBs, TEs, WRs..
For sure I got Winston, Evans combo.. OJ Howard combo with Kirk Cousins.. lol

  36. tickrdr Says:

If you search fantasy points PER GAME on Pro-football-reference.com, for all QB seasons from 2015 – 2018, America’s QB, ProBowler, Jameis Winston’s BEST season was in 2018 where he ranked 15th. (17.8 ppg)
    2015 = 19th
    2016 = 20th
    2017 = 18th
    2018 = 15th

    Pittsshore Says
“That will be hard to do and he’ll be riding the pine after the London game”

I would like to know how you justify that claim.

After all, as a Bucs fan, you should fully want the team to succeed, right? And if Jameis fails, so does the team.

Unless, of course, you are a fan of a division rival and are just here to troll. If that;s the case, to each their own, I suppose.

  38. Pit of Misery Says:

I liked when you called her the “it girl” in previous posts!

  39. DCBucsfan Says:

Anther note Bucs fans, I ve heard I think on ESPN First Take earlier on how that the Raiders schedule is the worst in the league in their first 7 games or so.Now that “DISRESPECTFULL” to what Bucs got to deal with.. at the end better to be under the radar and start with individuals self motivation and jell as a unit!!

  40. Pittsshore Says:

@bonzai: stop vaping and go back to the real herb. That Chinese vape sheot is causing you to act even dumber that you have been over the past few years. The odds of Apples McGoo of turning the ball over are higher this year than previous years, do keep in mind that the short yellow bus patron is learning a new playbook. As an example they added a single play to the play book yesterday and he threw two interceptions on the same damn play. Also keep in mind that he was benched last year due to his turnovers. He is also dealing with his own sociopath demons and they have long awaited a visit.
    The Truth speaks,
