    ‘Shill Joe’. I have a question for you. I’m pretty sure you and Ira were discussing locker room/player leadership on this podcast.

    How could that possibly be?

    I’m pretty sure you blew a gasket a few weeks ago about how player leadership doesn’t matter and you didn’t think it applied to success…?

    Help a brother out?

    For reference I am in the camp of leadership and culture as being as important as blocking and tackling. Ask the military if they think leadership is important….
