They’re Back!!!!!!

April 1st, 2019

Players report back for work today!

Inside One Buc Palace later today, Bucco Bruce Arians will be giving his Day 1, f-bomb filled speech that will talk about winning a Super Bowl now and getting the hell out of the way if you’re not willing to do everything on and off the field to help bring another one to Tampa immediately.

The reward for launching Dirk Koetter three months ago starts this morning.

As a new coaching staff, Arians can start offseason training with his team as early as today. And he will not waste any time.

Bucs players are set to report back for physicals, meetings and the start of offseason conditioning today. Per the NFL labor agreement, players can’t be coached on the field for several weeks, but they certainly will be schooled in meeting rooms and everywhere else in the building.

Of course, it’s all optional at this point. Will Jason Pierre-Paul be in the house today, and all the way through OTAs? JPP wasn’t all in on that last season, but Arians has said he certainly wants everyone on board given that it’s the start of a new regime.

How about Gerald McCoy? Will he be in A+ chip on his six-time Pro Bowl shoulders?

A couple of guys definitely at One Buc Palace today will be Joe and The Sage of Tampa Bay Sports, columnist Ira Kaufman. And Joe will share whatever Joe deems interesting as the day unfolds.

Happy April!

    Can’t wait. Go Bucs.

And so it begins😁 Cant wait to see how this season goes

  3. CLEAN HOUSE Says:

Let’s hope this guys coaching is as good as his pr campaigning.
Skeptical here but secretly hopeful. And don’t give me any crap about being a bad fan or bandwagon. I’ve been attending games since 86 stomached a lot of incompetence with a brief glorious championship build up. Then….we’ll you all know.

    Go Bucs!

if you’re not willing to do everything on and off the field to help bring another one to Tampa immediately
Do as I say not as I do. Actions speak louder than words.

Idk about you but Jonny boy is building a hellava roster down yonder in da desert🌵 got a bunch of picks too in this here upcoming draft.l, next years too.

Sure would be a shame if Jonny did not express any interest in coaching for his fathers team, his hometown team, the Tb buccaneers before accepting the Raiders job. To me, but wtfdik, Jonny boy is definitely doing everything on and off the field to help bring another one to the silver and black.

For all the rah rah bs tomorrow we still don’t have a RT,RG,RB,MLB,CB1 we lost a damn good OC and our new dc is suspect, at best, Leslie Frazier 2.0. Licht is a total mess and the glazer boys are as competent as Eric and Jr. it’s a Bucs life fo sho

Let’s see what Bucco Bruce can do with the friendliest group of swashbucklers this side of the Gulf of Mexico.

Be sure to fact this: when you look up buccaneer on dictionary dot com “swamp ass” is listed under “related content”. Bruh 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣

  5. Lunchbox Says:

Here’s hoping this coaching staff gets everything they can out and g these players , and sets a tone for years to come. (Hopefully with Arians as President of football operations)

  6. Elita Vita Says:

Bruce Arians doesn’t have a difficult “act to follow” (the Koetter Regime). We will now see if it was the coaching or the player selection that was the bigger issue! Go Bucs!

my kool aid is in the refrigerator, getting chilled

  8. Kobe Faker Says:

“Kobe cant wait for the 2 female coaches to harden soft Gennie McCoy…

    Alot of tears shed”

    Kobe Faker

  9. GrayBalls Says:

Kobe, legitimate question here…. What’s with the quotations?

  10. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Look for Beckwith….try to determine his condition as best you can.

  11. Bird Says:

We have Proven coaches coming in!
We should be better ! Right?

Man I hope so. . The losing culture needs to stop now.

  12. Kobe Faker Says:

“GB, What are you talking about?”

    Kobe Faker

  13. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

“How about Gerald McCoy? Will he be in A+ chip on his six-time Pro Bowl shoulders?”

Not a chance. McCoy will never be a negative influence in the locker room.

And he will show up in pajamas.

  14. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    We’ll see.

But really, the only things we’ll get out of this as fans are player updates and a few player comments. They are meeting their new coaches for the first time.

Until the draft happens, not much to see.

I would love to hear the first Arians speech to them though.

  15. BucAllNight Says:

Happy New Year Fellas THIS is where it all begins!! Anything thats happened before is the past I am looking forward to seeing J-Boo with competent coaching that believes in him AND a run game + Defense. Given those 3 elements expect him to LIGHT it up time will tell!!

    Go Bucs!!

  16. Owlykat Says:

I believe we have the best shot this season with BA to reverse the losing culture and put aggressive defense, aggressive offense, and aggressive Special Teams too on the field. His many, many assistants will develop our potential talents to their top production ever. Those who are not good enough will be traded or cut. Licht will be busy bringing in replacentments. Last year he did a good job of bringing in a better class of players to start the season than before and I hope he does that again so we have other material to develop to help if we need them especially to replace any injuried players during the season.

  17. 813bucboi Says:

i doubt GMC reports…..or at least thats what im hoping….

he need a new F.O.F. and that should be mike evans……

time to turn the page on the incompetent coaches and losing attitudes and it all starts today with BA and hopefully no GMC smiling, laughing and ready to have fun….

  18. Buc4evr Says:

Now that the training camps have started, please no more D-Jax stories Joe. From here on out it should only be about the Bucs still on the roster. BTW, Please find out the scoop on Beckwith.
