Could you please put the podcast on Stitcher? Its the only way I can listen while driving. Thanks!

I want to address something Lee said. With respect, the Bucs couldn’t run on short yardage or in the red zone. Teams game plan was attacking the RG spot. The penetration caused the running back to always have to improvise in the backfield.

Imagine the Bucs getting 500 yards, mostly in the passing game and only scoring 3 points… wait it did happen. Wanna know why? Because when the field is smaller in the redzone you gotta be able to run the ball.

Make any excuse you want, when you watch the OL, you consistently see them getting destroyed. Play after play.

If yall agree this is a make or break year for Jameis, i fail to see how 1 defensive player helps more than an OL player

What a bunch of garbage. Three whiners savoring their favorite whines. Whiner 1: They need a Defensive End. The must draft a Defensive End. They are idiots if they don’t draft a Defensive End. Whiner 2: They need to fix the offensive line. When are they going to fix the line? When are they going to draft a Tackle? When are they going to address the issue at Right Guard? The need a real running game. Whiner 3: The Bucs are idiots for being in CAP trouble. The overspent on their three overpriced Offensive Lineman. When are they going to spend money on position X, Y or Z? They are idiots to spend on whomever the do get; and they are idiots not to spend on who they don’t get. What is their plan? Do they have a plan? Every draft pick is a total bust. Why didn’t they dump every veteran to create a treasure chest of cash for these Free Agent Gods that have been gobbled up? NOBODY GIVES A RIP OF WHAT YOU THINK. (Except for yourselves, of course) None of you are or ever will be GM of the Bucs. It would be nice if you spent time trying to provide incite into why the Bucs might be doing what they are doing. The Bucs have an accumulation of draft picks at Corners and Safety. Eventually they need to play and not rot on the vine. The offensive line is being built by retaining draft picks who are starting and drafting future starters who need opportunities. The rest of the offense is in pretty good shape. The huge question is how is the defensive front seven going to function under the new system. The is especially true at the LB spots and the DE’s or whatever they are called now. Do our current players fit? If so where? Is JPP an OLB or a strong side DE? Same for Nassib. Is David an ILB or an OLB? How do they use him? Vea seems to be the one lock at Nose Tackle.

  4. K2 Says:

Please call the help line don’t do it…put down the knife…. don’t hurt yourselves. LOL

Last year, the coaching staff was desperate…spent all the Bucs money trying to save their jobs. Remember this team started out ok, last year, before imploding. On offensive they need a right guard and a change in attitude. We can score a lot of points.

On defense they need major surgery and are on life support. It took Licht coaching Vita Vea before he started playing (that’s just sad). I believe that this coaching staff has a game plan and will put together an average defense (the coaches are good…not gods). I’m a bit little more optimistic this year…because coaching makes a big difference.

I think L ee has lost a lot of credibility when it comes to draft talk and who the Bucs should draft. Can we trade L ee for a 2 liter of mt dew and some combos

    Phattitudes lol

  6. AwShbucs Says:

Funny how the same guy who started this podcast histrionics and hyperbole over drafting a LB was the same guy who was dead set against Quenton Nelson last year when it was clear he was an all pro type talent. And what happened? NELSON WAS AN ALL PRO AS A ROOKIE!

Funny how being wrong consistently doesn’t deter people from acting as if they are some sort of expert.

  7. SenileSenior Says:

OK. You three are football analyst, sports reporters and at the same time Bucs’ fans. You are juggling the three hats each during your discussions.

Bruce Allen is the Buccaneer’s latest savior for the franchise. He said that he is not rebuilding but rather retooling. He has assembled the coaching staff to perform miracles. They have a lot of talent to work with. They will turn these guys around this year.

We will not spend a lot this year. We don;t have the money. We will sign a bunch of one-year deals and see what happens during free agency. We will bring in a whole lot of potential with our upcoming marvelous draft. We will go for the playoffs this year. We will make our Superbowl run with our quick turnaround next year.

Now all you Buccaneer fans. Can someone tell me more about our plethora of new coaches. For example, can someone give me something more of substance about our new OL Coach, Joe Gilbert or our new DL coach, Stacy Rodgers?

I look forward to many more lively discussions during the rest of this off-season.

One correction sir, one has to have had credibility at some point to lose it.

  9. SteveK Says:

    Funny podcast! Enjoyed the passion.

Ira is spot on- how do you go 5-11 the past two years and have NO cap space?

L ee going off was funny too. Kind of reminds me of the Q Nelson rant. Not sure if D White is BPA @5, but if he is- go get him.

    We need players, baby!

  10. rrsrq Says:

What’s funny is they hate the fact that we didn’t draft Luke Keuckly but White could be better than him in time

  11. Ndog Says:

You want to be strong up the middle and with Vea and White that would have us set there for many years to come.

  12. Dirks Great Granpappy Says:

    Ndog

    …touché

  13. Krojen Says:

Lee was fantastic in this podcast. I often disagree with him and his Winston slurping is annoying, but jeez la weez he was entertaining in this one and he wasn’t wrong either!

  14. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

Poor Lee. Steve and Ira need to get him on blood pressure meds, lol.

btw…Luke Keuckly is a difference maker.

I don’t know who I want us to take. The way I see it, if one of the pass rushers fall to us, take him, otherwise, take the LB.

For all we know though, Nassib could turn into a fantastic pass rusher…but I understand the reluctance to take that chance.

  15. Stabon42 Says:

NFL IS DEAD! It’s all about the money, all about fake hype, and mostly is a frigging boring game these days! Ya, let’s all pay astronomical prices to watch primadonas play flag football! Players have no character or they have bad character! Writers are more cheerleaders than journalists! Can’t trash a player who deserves being trashed for fear other players will banish him/her from future interviews! It’s all just really sad anymore!

I never thought we’d agree but your 1,000,000% right

  17. Wausa Says:

These three obviously think if you are Bucs fan you should not waste any of your time listening to them, going to this site or watching the Bucs team in 2019. …. Why do you delight in making things up??–Joe

For those that didn’t listen let me give a brief synopsis:

    -The Bucs coaches are awful
    -The Bucs players are awful
    -The Bucs fans are awful
-The Bucs will be lucky to win a game next year
    -Go Chiefs

  18. THETRUTH Says:

Dikemper we have to here you same 3 stories of bucs unknown sources you have every show, LET IRA talk chiefs on HIS podcast for a few minutes.

  19. firethecannons Says:

I enjoyed the podcast, Devin White will be a big improvement over Kwon and an edge can be had in the second round.

  20. Widerightandleft Says:

If Licht blows this draft ,I will give you my size 17 shoe to boot his ass out the door.
