New Head Coaches In 2019 Have That Class OF 2016 look

January 23rd, 2019

In this edition of The Todd Wright TODDcast, Todd looks back three years at the head coaching hires for the 2016 NFL season before offering some thoughts on the new hires for the 2019 season. While some teams are the same (Tampa Bay, Cleveland, Miami), the results may be as well. That’s good news for whatever team just hired the next Doug Pederson and not so good for everyone else.

PRESENTED BY*Joe thinks it’s very cool to have Todd Wright diving back into the kind of thing he was known for nationally.

For the last three years, Todd Wright has been podcasting here almost exclusively on fantasy football and Lightning playoff hockey. While those podcasts are not going away permanently, they each clearly have offseasons.

So, for the new year, Todd has a new podcast. And it simply covers pretty much anything that Todd finds interesting. No limits. Sort of like he did for nearly two decades on national radio as host and creator of AllNight with Todd Wright on ESPN in addition to other roles with Fox Sports Florida, Sirius/XM, Sporting News Radio, etc. Our thanks to Brandon Legal Group for their continuing support of both Todd Wright Tour golf tournaments as well as the TODDcast into 2019. Enjoy.

Well know it all Todd strikes again. Your the poster boy for the song ” Oh lord it’s hard to be humble when your perfect in every way”. Todd stop it, you don’t know anymore than anybody else what is going to happen with Arians. Your premise that the Glazers think it was just the Coaches is conjecture. Do you really think Arians is going to keep most of this roster intact? Not going to happen, there’s going to be at least a 40 percent turn over of personal on this team, you can book it. Oh look Todd, I can make unfounded predictions just as well as you. Truth is, your bias of hating Winston as QB, is what is being insinuated here. Your thinking that the Bucs will not succeed as long as he is QB, no matter who is the coach. Is that about right? Well, we will see. Please stop with the negative predictions ,until we see the revamped roster and have played a few games. Just saying.

First, you are welcome. Second, soon.

I have given this podcast several tries and I have to say this is my least favorite podcast of all. ChipBuc nailed it. Perhaps Todd should stick to fantasy football, because his views on ‘Reality’ football are a bit skewed, to say the least.

But for those of you who enjoy this particular podcast, happy lisrening!
