The man can’t pick a RB or a Kicker. I hope he can pick a winning coach. Tired of losing. Tired of wishing my team would lose by we are eliminated from playoffs.
Really! Licht should go! That’s the problem with this organization. Piss poor decision making. Get ready for another disappointing season with Licht at the helm.
I feel good about it. Talent hasn’t been the issue, because this team is loaded with great young players. He built this roster, so he’ll get one last shot to get it right. #BringInArians
The more I think about it, the more this feels like a tank move for next year’s QB class. We’ll hire some poor coffee fetching intern to go 1 and done at HC.

My nephew, an eagles fan, was hanging out with me today and feeling his excitement was pretty fun. Win and you’re in plus a little help from Chicago, he was rooting for Chicago while flipping back and fourth to the eagles game with the occasional “YEA!!!” being screamed. I looked at my wife and said “man we haven’t felt that in a looooong time”. 10 years plus. Far to long.
Licht comes off like kind of a detached moron. Now my exposure to him is from Hard Knocks, but he just doesn’t seem like a guy that really knows what he’s doing – he seems like a guy who should be a mid-level manager, not running anything. Now it could have been creative editing, but Licht also gives me that vibe when I’ve seen him outside of Hard Knocks.
Bad. No confidence whatsoever. There is a difference between getting “talent” and building a “team”. We know he can’t do the latter and he’s poor at doing the former.
Bucs should not waste their time calling me about season tickets. F them.
I had more confidence in Koetter than I do Licht. The man is a buffoon who will stab anyone in the back to keep his soft cushy job. He HAS failed and will continue to fail. The Bucs are doomed until we get owners that know how to run a franchise. Look what they have done to Man U.

I hope we can draft a LT: Williams or Little and let D Smith test the market. Maybe match an offer. Don’t overpay him.
