the Bucs have many problems, from the owners, coaches, players etc, does not mean Winston doesn’t suck too. He is a major problem but not the only problem. Winston is a first pick fail and will always be so.

  2. Pete I Says:

Why do I want Winston to fail, because I don’t want us to continue to waste time on such a failure as Winston is. Fitz sucks too. Winston will never be a success at QB at this level. Defending Jameis is like those guys who stay with a crazy partner too long.

  3. Not JP Says:

Nice job, Justin! Fifteen second in and I turned it off.

Straw man argument that ANYONE said JW was the only problem. No one said that. What was stated was FP gave the Bucs the best chance to win.

Oh, but its the OTHER media that lies. Okely dokely, kid.

  4. softastissueMcCoy93 Says:

I have said this for 7 years, the guy that would have turned around this organization around is Marty Schottenheimer. We would have had a strong defense and running game. This formula is proven to turn around organizations for generations. This sht is not overly complicated.

  5. Oneilbucs Says:

Man Winston is just 24 years old. He is young go look at Dirk history and what he did to Matt Ryan when he was there. Jamies need a better coach. Y’all just hate the guy and every body knows that . He improve every year. But fizpatrick ain’t going to win you nothing.

“Why do I want Winston to fail, because I don’t want us to continue to waste time on such a failure as Winston is.”

You realize that makes absolutely no sense, right? If he doesn’t fail, then he is not a failure and its not a waste of time.

The real deal is that you just don’t like Winston, and you are willing to see the team suffer just to get rid of him. Never mind the other players who put their heart and souls into the game. They don’t count so long as you get your wish.

  7. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

I have a question…if Dirk gets fired, what does that mean for the Stick Carriers? Are they going to continue? Will they still use the quote of Dirk that they founded themselves on, even after he is long gone?

I have a suggestion. Have a large bronze stick made to give to the Bucs. Much like Jon Gruden had a large rock, the Bucs can have a large stick to remind them of what they play for, who they play for, etc.

That would give validity to the Stick Carriers after Dirk is gone.

  8. Loyaltotheend Says:

Speak softly? Has anyone on this podcast ever spoken softly? Ha ha ha

  9. Sharkiebucfan Says:

Justin, you hit the nail on the head. Cudos my friend!

  10. denjoe Says:

    great points as usual!

  11. charles Stevens Says:

    Justin,
Your angst matches my angst as well as many other Looooong time Bucs fans!
    Well said !!

  12. Jan Donovan Says:

Justin completely agree 100% with everything you say.

  13. AJ Turner Says:

Excellent take Justin! The qb controversy should be dead after yesterday the Bucs have no defense, no run game, no leadership it’s time for Koetter to walk the plank

  14. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

Wow. Should have stuck with the Stick Carriers name, Justin. Changing it makes the skeptics right. I don’t know why I started to think the Stick Carriers were the real thing. I should have known better.

The ‘Bucs Mob’ logo is a nice one, but quitting sends the wrong message. It was just a fad.

  15. TOM Says:

Even if for some dumb reason they keep Winston they still should draft a QB in the draft.
