Great Podcast Joe! A lot of your points are right on…I still think they have been building a team (after Lovie). I don’t think they will get another CB before the draft, but will make that position a focus if they don’t get their guy(s) in the draft.

Jameis was drafted because of his personality, leadership and drive. He is not Brees nor Joe he is Jameis. Jameis play will be better when he become a better Jameis., with that being said how do you know what he means by how he and Djax will get it done, (maybe by putting the work in NOW)! How is it IMMATURE to CARE about the people around you, try maybe that is the uniqueness of JW.

Jameis would do and say the same about all his rcvrs…Godwin, Hump, Evans, Cam, OJ all connect because they bought in and put the time in with JW. So how does J.W. get this veteran to put in the time…by putting himself on the line for Djax. It’s how you get players to stretch themselves out for you like O.J’s last TD, Godwin at N.O. it’s called leadership and building a diehard chemistry…it is the epitomy of maturity. Maybe not Joe’s way but Jaboo’s way! Let him do what he do, baby…Go Bucs!

Spot on about this fixation Jameis has on his pals and their stats. He needs to ask the Glazers what his job is. Clue: It’s to win, not to make his selected teammate look good.
