    The only way to fix a losing culture is to create a winning one. Dirk cannot and will not accomplish this mission.

    We shall not win with Koetter and Mike Smith. Sure we will hit the 8-8 mark. Even maybe 9-7 every 2 or 3 yrs. But I don’t see it. I hope the Bucs prove me wrong. But I see us finishing dead last again in the division next year. Sure Jameis will have some great spash plays here and there. What a franchis aye/ BUC-LIFE!!
