Gotta cut down on those penalties Big man. Hopefully Donovan has a break out year and demonstrates why coach Warhop is so high on his potential.

Artificial Joes. One point about offensive lines is that more than any other squad on the team, this group is based on knowing each other inside and out. This includes strengths and weaknesses, communication and time. The more time these guys spend together with the least amount of change, the more they will grow together.
Look at Offensive Line in the history of the Bucs. How many times has the line started the same 5 every game of a season let alone multiple seasons. I am happy if there is only one change from season-to-season.
There have been some changes but this group has been working together for some time. My hope is this will be the year they come together as a unit.
