Looks Like Bucs At Dolphins In Week 1

April 20th, 2017

For the lunatic Bucs freaks like Joe, it’s been a wild afternoon of rumors on this high holy day of the NFL calendar, best known as Schedule Release Day.

Nobody cares, of course, about the who and what, and the he said and she Tweeted.

Bottom line, as of 4:36 p.m., it looks like the Bucs will open at Miami, Sunday, September 10 (no word on the time).

Tough opener for Tampa Bay. The Fins quietly won 10 games last year and have stability and talent. But there will be legions of Bucs faithful in the house, in addition to a pile of Dalvin Cook  fans of America’s Quarterback, Jameis Winston.

Man, the time can’t pass soon enough!

The full and official schedule is due at 8 pm.

  3. Lord Cornelius Says:

The only winning team Miami beat last year was Pittsburgh.

    The rest of their wins:

    Jets x2
    Bills x2
    Browns
    49ers
    Rams
    Chargers
    Cardinals

I’m not scared. Any given Sunday tho

  5. Eric Says:

Hmmm I don’t want to get into predictions but I think we’ll win this one…. big!

I just think this comes down to Jameis vs Tannehill and JW is a better QB by a mile.

Plus our d is better. We’ll see though. Thought the same thing week 1 vs Tennesee.

  6. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    Win

  7. JimmyJack Says:

Miami was a sad excuse of a playoff team last year. I sit back ready to view some playoff football and the Dolphins look like they were in training camp. couldn’t block tackle catch throw or run.

I expect us to win the physical battle and dont think our players should give them any respect.

  8. FuNkYxMuNkEy Says:

Speaking of Dalvin…a lot of mocks have him falling to the 2nd round. Some have him in the 40s n 50s. Crazy son

  9. Desertbucsfan Says:

I like it. Home state rivals. I say W.

  10. John Says:

Requesting off tomorrow for that weekend..will be making the trip. Go Bucs

  11. JimmyJack Says:

at least I don’t have to get into any more heated debates with friends who are Dolphin fans about which franchise is worse.

  12. Couch Fan Says:

Itll be a good opening test on the road. Itll set the tone for the rest of the season. Im not scared. We got the best team in the Sunshine state. Will be a glorious afternoon/night! FireTheCannons!!!

  13. Charlie Sheen Says:

Looks like the Bucs are going to be doing alot of what I love to do…

  14. JimmyJack Says:

That’s a good idea John would be cool if we Bucs fans could take over the majority of the crowd and give our boys a extra home game………….Joe get the wheels started to make that happen.

  15. Tampa Tony Says:

Can’t wait until 8 so I can start requesting vacation days

  16. LifeOfABucFan Says:

I rather see the masses cheering for the Bucs and Miami’s Njoku..would make a lot more sense!

  17. Hawaiian Buc Says:

Assuming we are healthy, I like our talent over theirs in week 1. People forget when fully healthy last year we went into Atlanta and whooped up on the dirty birds. I don’t like to predict wins and losses, but this is a very winnable game in my opinion.

  18. Vico Says:

    W

  19. The bucfan 88 Says:

Omg this is a big W I predict Brent to return two pick 6 in that game

  20. The Real Drew Says:

I was wondering why there wasn’t a preseason game against Miami. I see why now.

  21. Nole on Sat.-Bucc on Sun. Says:

Life trust me when I tell Dalvin BIGGER in that city and Njoku played his ball there.

  22. BuccaneEric75 Says:

Bucs 28, Dolphins 13. Tannehill can’t out ball Winston. Book it! We would have scored 34, but Aguayo missed from 42 and 37! Lol!

  23. Chris@Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa Says:

We have too much firepower for Miami.
No way we lose to Miami

  24. Newbucsfan2 Says:

We will take this one..cant wait!

  25. firethecannons Says:

    Time for Miko to shine!

  26. Brandon Says:

Enough with the Dalvin Cook homerisms. ENOUGH! If he was as great as all of you FSU suck ups think, then every fan of every team would want Cook for their team… and they don’t. He isn’t even nearly as good a prospect as Trent Richardson was and some of you people wanted us to trade our entire draft to select him. There are better players and far better selections that could be made there.

  27. Terrance McCray Says:

Easy Dolphins Win!! Great team to start season with
