Take Ball Out Of Cutler’s Hands?

Dangerous or lame?

Joe is of the mind that bratty Jay Cutler can be a dangerous quarterback.

Given the Bucs have been a complete sieve when facing decent quarterbacks this year — Memo to Bucs coaches: Knock it off about no pass rush; there hasn’t been one here for a decade! You didn’t know this when you were hired? Find a work-around, that’s your job! — Joe thinks letting Cutler air it out against the Bucs is throwing matches at a bucket of gasoline. The Bucs very easily could get charred with third-degree burns.

But Hub Arkush believes the Bears should run the ball. Yes, really. The long-time Bears beat writer, in this CSN Chicago video, is of the mind letting Cutler throw 60 percent or more of the offensive plays for the Bears is a recipe for disaster (and a win for the Bucs).

Joe thinks the opposite.

Arkush also noted there are only two “winnable” games for the Bears the remainder of the year and the Bucs are one of the two.

“They are awful at home,” Arkush said.

Don’t we know.

Maybe the coaches believed Joe when he said that “DT is a strength” of the team!!!!!!

We need this win, not for playoffs but simply to avoid an extended losing streak. This is a very important win for this regime.

Cutler has the ability to get hotter than the Joes’ in skinny jeans :). My over/under predictions are 300 yards, 3 TDs and 72.5% completion percentage. Of course I’d love to be proven wrong…but remain skeptical.

I hate to admit it but the way we get torched by TEs I picked up Heath Miller and started him today in my Money league. I feel dirty but $ is $

Winston is basically Cutler with a better personality….Let him drop back enough and odds are his inaccuracy issues with his aggressive mentality will bite you more then benefit you. I expect both sides to see whose QB gives the game away.

It’s time for the BUCS-DEFENCE to awaken, and play with some HEART, some DESIRE. BUCS win today it’s that time!

If you can’t beat a 2-6 team at home, who can you beat?

The Bears will do what they did when they faced the Bucs the last time. Expect to see a lot of three step drops and Jay Cutler with a clean uniform.
