    As a BUCS fan. I love this site n the many podcast. With that said… I’m a fan of the BUCS. Not any one player or coach. If your here, play n coach EVERY snap with your hair on fire! I’m so tired of seeing #93 #54 on this team. Really feel bad because #93 got to #54.

    This is total Bullsh!t

    We are losing because we dont have enough talent and good players in this roster! We are not good because we dont have enough talent on the field making plays. It is the job of the GM to bring players and bring competition to all the positions to make this team a winner and in the playoffs. the most talented rosters end up at the playoffs because they are better players…thats it

    There have been the worst teammates and problem players. teamates hateing each other in superbowl teams…but when they are on the field, they produce and win and that creates winning….not the bullsh!t drama you are spewing

    You are blaming the Glazers for Lichts stupidity? They forced him to pick the kicker who he wont cut in the 2nd round? the Glazers told licht to pick Sweezy? This blatant lies and garbage and should not be posted here

    you want jameis and ayers to go to licht to tell who should and should be in the roster? you are kidding ? you know what that will create in the lockerroom? Jameis is the ultimate teammate but the worst evaluator. He thinks we are the best team in the nfl if we play better and roberto is the best kicker….Ayers? OMG! what the hell did this guy do to be GM. Players being GM?

    the only way, only 1 is to fire Jason Licht and bring in better players and MORE talent to have tampa winning again in the playoffs

    It is the GM position and responsibility, not ayers lol, to add more talent into this roster
