Among long list of doubtfuls for Monday.

Among long list of doubtfuls for Monday.

The Bucs released their final injury report prior to announcing inactives 90 minutes before Monday’s kickoff. Only one player is ruled out.

Cecil Shorts is the lone Bucs player who definitely will not suit up Monday. The list of “doubtfuls” is long and includes Gerald McCoy, Doug Martin, Robert Ayers, Charles Sims, Luke Stocker and Clinton McDonald.

Earlier on SiriusXM NFL Radio, Bucs coach Dirk Koetter gave no indication at all that Martin could play Monday but did not rule out Sims.

So we will all have to wait for Monday evening to find out who is and who won’t be in pads.

All I know is that GMCs is a beautiful person. I want to give him a tic tac and grab’em right in the ——“

Any chance the bucs try to bring in Jonathan Cooper? He was just cut by NE…I know this will be his 3rd team in a calendar year but he was the 7th overall pick and was not considered to be a huge reach at the time.

I could see a team like Denver eying him but with JR Lazy on the IR I think it’s worth a waiver claim

  4. Doctor Stroud Says:

Unwritten rule for the Bucs: opponents’ players who are “doubtful” find a way to play; our players who are “doubtful” don’t play. Still, there is no use in crying about it because it’s a long season. America’s (2nd Most Hated) Quarterback, Jameis Winston, needs to rise to the occasion and show why he was a #1 overall draft pick.

  5. IBlameLovie Says:

The that occur to so many players year after year suggests the Bucs need to change their training team. The injuries are a result of too much concentric training and a lack of proper eccentric training. Damn this organization is a disaster. Starting with the head coach that threw his qb under the bus. The Bucs made huge mistake with head coach decision. Not saying Lovie was the answer. Am saying koetter is not. Bloggers like joes are clueless.

  6. Pickgrin Says:

Some legal gamesmanship to keep the opponents guessing.

Hoping Ayers and McCoy can play. We could really use DM as well but better to be over cautious with a hamstring injury.

  7. Kobe Faker Says:

People dont realize how dangerous koetter is…

This clown is going to turn our franchise jameis into jaboo gabbert 2.0

***all these late game beatings is making him skidish and worsening his bad mechanics. This is our offensive guru plan to get jameis to be more accurate?

Lol and the tampa fans keep chugging the koolaid

1st step is to get jason gump and koetter the clown out of town

    You guys have been warned

  8. Kevin Says:

How the hell is cecil shorts hurt???!!!

Damn so much for any hope of having any speed at the receiver position. Hopefull ME has a big day like Julio did

  9. ElioT Says:

They can’t rush anyone back to the field early. We’ve already proven to be a soft team. Dudes will just get re-injured if they go back in too early.

Some guys need to rise up and stop the bleeding at the hands of the Panthers.

    Go Sucs!!

  10. Strider ....Sec 147 Says:

    Jeremy butler has skill

  11. LifeOfABucFan Says:

Vols need to win so Robert Ayers gets better even sooner!!!! Damn it Vols!!

  12. McBuc Says:

Wow, I don’t even know what to say. What a clueless bunch of negative Nancy’s are commenting. Let’s blow the entire team up…sarcasm of course.

  13. McBuc Says:

On the blow up thing…get a clue. The elite teams keep the GM and coaches for many years. Idiots.

  15. Brian Says:

Kobe faker’s content in his many posts show him to be a young teenager. Why would anyone take you seriously?

  16. DTSP Buc Says:

Well said McBuc, we need continuity from our staff and players.

  17. SOEbuc Says:

@McBuc. Yeah welcome to JBF. Its mostly haters talking about how crappy our team is yet they still come on reading articles and making annoying comments every day.
