    I like what Koetter did with ASJ.He sent a message,had a meeting with ASJ.
    No time for complacency,even in OTA’s. Koetter can be brutally honest and sincere at the same time.I ‘m hoping he can reach ASJ and get the most out of him.Everybody should get a second chance, it has been maturity issues not a major crime.Calls to cut ASJ are premature.the name of the game is progressive discipline.You identify a behavior issue or performance issue and
    expect it to be corrected.Koetter has inherited an issue that was uncorrected under Lovie and taken steps to correct it.
