TV Map For Bears-Bucs

December 26th, 2015

tvYou asked for it, you got it. It’s the TV map for tomorrow’s game between the Bears and the Bucs, a 1 p.m. kickoff at the Den of Depression.

Judging by the map below, if you live in Florida or in pockets of the heart of the Midwest, you can watch the game from the comfort of your living room via a local FOX affiliate. Viewers outside the region will have to settle for running to their local watering hole or firing up NFL Sunday Ticket, the greatest invention since the remote.

As always, map courtesy of 506Sports.com.

So judging by the map there are 4 Fox affiliates showing Tampa this Sunday: Tampa, Fort Myers, Orlando and Gainesville which is a surprise as the Gainesville affiliate usually does not show any of the Florida teams. Looks like a lot of the affiliates in the midwest that normally would broadcast da Bears are opting for the Carolina game instead or the Indy Miami game that the Jacksonville affiliate has chosen over our Buccos. Thanks for posting this Joe; usually you can count on the Bucs being on TV in Tampa and Fort Myers but other markets including Orlando don’t always show our boys depending on what the sports director and station management decide!

Look at that. A Bucs game in my neck of the woods in good old eastern Iowa. Guarantee if the Packers or Vikings played at that time slot we wouldn’t be having it. For anyone that lives away from Tampa and are considering Sunday Ticket, it’s worth every red cent. Without that, this would be my 2nd game of the year. But I’ve seen every one now. Nothing is better on TV than watching every game of your favorite sports team.
