Get On The Bucs Bus

Remember when Joe had the “Blackout Tour,” hauling busloads of Bucs fans from St. Pete to Fort Myers to watch Bucs games blacked out on local television?

Well, it seems Joe has inspired the Bucs.

Since there will not be local TV blackouts of Bucs games for the foreseeable future, the Bucs won’t bus fans to Fort Myers. Rather, the Bucs have set up a bus service to the games.

Per Kathryn Moschella of the Bradenton Herald, Bucs COO Brian Ford announced the bus service to business leaders in the Manatee/Sarasota counties region. The Bucs also have a marketing office in Sarasota.

But the service is not just to the Manasota region. No, there also is bus service for Bucs fans in Orlando. All the details are on Buccaneers.com.

The buses leave, depending on location, up to three hours before kickoff and leave the Den of Depression 30 minutes after the game.

Tickets to use the round-trip service starts as low as $55. Given how much you will get rung up by the Florida Highway Patrol for celebrating game-winning touchdown passes by “America’s Quarterback,” Bucs signal-caller Jameis Winston, $55 is a drop in the bucket.

This just in….Saints’ DE Junior Galette…reported striking woman with a belt…..the hits just keep on coming….this is the time of year that we don’t want any news on Buc players….either crimnal or injury is usually the story.

I saw the video of them on the beach. it was very weird at first it looked like battery then it looked like he was protecting someone. It’s not like he was in a wife beater with a bud light or a 40 beating on a chick.

    @WS99

I looked at it again…and it was confusing….just going by what is reported….but it sure isn’t good….I guess witness reports will explain….but doesn’t look like Junior was a good boy on the beach!!!

Hey Joe……..as much as you don’t like me but have tolerated me lately I must say Thank You so much for running stories today. I’m drunk at the lake and catching Rainbow but still checking in and seeing new articles. Really Cool.

Bucs are smoking big-league crack if they think there’s a market for a $55 roundtrip from Bradenton. Might get a handful of suckers, but no more.

    Speaking for Pablo

“Pablo is worried about his friend Buc-A-New…..catching walleye & trout….drunk at the lake with his 44…..Pablo worries much more about Buc-A-New….thanking Joe…..(Joe deserves thanks)….but not for running stories on Father’s Day….Joe works everyday…..takes none off….not even Cinco de Mayo. Pablo worries that Buc-A-New will be hungover tomorrow morning and smash his finger with a hammer.”

I remember riding on the Blackout Tour Bus down to Lee Roy Selmon’s in Fort Meyers. Those were some great times, back then!

Hey TBBF……Happy Dad’s day to you and Pablo and tell him Thanks for worrying about me. Best of everything to you and yours.

  9. Buc-A-New Says:

You gave me really good chuckles from an unexpected source on Dad’s Day.

There are a ton of people in Sarasota who would participate in this venture. Its brilliant and should have been done years ago before the fan base was decimated. But, better late than never. Lakewood Ranch? Sarasota? Child please, big money down here.
