Did you see the end of that video, he’s even teaching a WR how to run his route. He could’ve said “eh screw it, this long shot rookie WR probably isn’t even going to make the team, so why bother?” and look in the other direction. Instead he tries to help the guy out. The guy just genuinely gives a damn.
