Sunday A Big Day For Lovie

There’s disagreement in Chicago from a former Bucs coach

Yesterday, despite various questions at his press conference, Lovie Smith did his best to downplay his Sunday return to chilly Chicago. The Bears just happen to be the team that fired the Bucs head coach not quite two years ago for the nerve to have 10 wins.

Lovie tried to explain Sunday’s game is about the Bucs getting on a winning streak and has nothing to do with him. In theory, Lovie is right.

However, former Bucs assistant and former Bears and Dolphins coach Dave Wannstedt suggested Lovie is fibbing a bit. Wannstedt, talking to David Kaplan of CSN Chicago, explained how he too faced the Bears as a former Bears coach and beating the team that tossed him aside would be “icing on the cake.”

Hear and watch Wannstedt discuss Lovie and his return to the Windy City in this CSN Chicago video.

Lovie coached the Bears for 9 years; they made the playoffs 3 times. Also, his achilles heel was offense. Those were the main reasons he was fired as Bears coach

PFT just had a story that 5 wins might be good enough to win the South. I seriously want it to happen. Can you imagine? 5-10-1 Carolina hosting 13-3 Green Bay?

But…an even bigger day for all Bucs…..after coming off a very good game vs Redskins….Bucs need to show it is no fluke….

And, that’s right….they are the REDSKINS…..and if it makes someone ashamed of who they are….so be it.

I have no idea why anyone would think you were on drugs with posts like this. In reading your posts, it is obvious you are a doctor, or perhaps even a rocket scientist.
