Such a shame Gruden & Mckay could not set their egos apart and work together. Gruden could coach & Mckay was a good judge talent. Getting Sapp & Brooks in the same draft was one of the best drafts of all time. Hiring Bruce ‘yes man’ Allen cooked Gruden’s goose!

Gruden is the man, im sorry but its the freaking truth. I miss him as a coach, at least we were in the playoffs every season.

Mah Man Gruden. Lets face it Chucky is a fun fun guy. Loved it when he was coach. Hilarious commercial. Ahhh. The good ole days.
