Ogletree Lands In Detroit

October 2nd, 2013

Apparently, the Detroit Lions front office likes what it saw from Kevin Ogletree, who appeared to play with K-Y jelly on his hands during his brief Bucs career that ended yesterday.

The Lions signed Ogletree today.

The Bucs head to Detroit to play the 3-1 Lions in Week 12.

Too bad it wasn’t the Falcons or Saints.

Gonna pick his brain and cut him.

I’m sure you might have contemplated using “Ogletree catches on with the Lions” as a headline, but we all know Ogletree doesn’t catch anything.

How long before he bashes Schiano & Co.?

    Good luck, butterfingers…..

    Stafford,

Here is advice you can take to the bank,

    look elsewhere on 3rd down.

  7. Elijah Says:

He got his ticket out of town! He’ll probably be inspired to play better now that he’s escaped Alcatraz. Just like our boys Jackson, Winslow, Talib, and Blount so far.

  8. 911bucs Says:

He will probably flourish in their system now that he’s no longer a Buc

  9. snookau Says:

Joe…. seriously…. you missed a major opportunity on the headline.

    Should’ve been:

“Ogletree drops and lands in Detroit.”

  10. Snook Says:

    Joe:

You seriously missed out on the perfect headline here.

“Ogletree drops… then lands in Detroit”

  11. zam Says:

they know any ball he misses will just be caught by Calvin Johnson anyway

this was their key offensive pickup this year. What a fricking disaster…

  13. Patrickbucs Says:

Good riddance, he will be wide open on 3rd down for sure. Hope he drops a bunch when we play the Lions. The way this is going this year he will have a game against us like he had in game 1 last year I believe.

  14. bucrightoff Says:

Really Ogletree is the definition of 1 game wonder. Wonder if he didn’t have that game opening night last year if he signs with the Bucs.

  15. Max Says:

I wish we would get rid of sullivan and garrett too.
