This game is a game that the Bucs should have a good chance at winning. The Patriots so far this season have had no WR’s or TE’s show up except Julian Edelman (Revis should shut him down easily). Our run defense should give Ridley & Blount fits so this is a game we should and need to win. But it will all come down to which Freeman shows up….Good Josh who has not been seen since mid season last year or bad Josh who we’ve seen the last 7 or 8 games.

ESPN says on their website “Freeman just can’t be trusted given the utter lack of accuracy and command we’ve seen from him this season. If this keeps up, rookie Mike Glennon will soon be holding more than a clipboard”.

If things don’t change soon us in the “Glennon Mob” will hear the “Freemanites” crying for the rest of the season.

Is it me or did that guy say Zune not zone

  3. MadMax Says:

Im telling you, after watching both NE games, we can win this. But of course we can also lose it in the final seconds if Coach doesnt make better play calls! Have lessons been learned?

  4. Buc1987 Says:

Yeah go ahead FF players listen to these 2 clowns and start Brady this week. See how well it goes for you.

  5. Buc1987 Says:

The Pats have had 10 days to get the WR’s in synch with Br-ady. Let’s HOPE it did not work.

  6. Pete 422 Says:

Kind of a weird conversation. Down on the Bucs and making excuses for the Patriots. It was like two 12 year old kids from Boston talking about the game.

I actually like the Bucs secondary in this game. Put Revis on Edelman and mix it up against the rest. Plus a big factor is this: Brady gets rattled if he gets hit. Our front 7 has been great at getting to the QB. Should have 10 sacks if it wasn’t for that bad call on AC last week.

  7. Buc1987 Says:

Oh and btw I hate those Thursday night games.

  8. OviedoBucsFan Says:

I am sure the Pats WR’s have seen game tape from the Saints and Jets and know they will (not if) get their clocks cleaned catching a pass with our bash and smash secondary. I predict at least 10 dropped passes as the delicate Patriot prima-donna receivers hear foot steps and concentrate on covering up as opposed to taking a burtal hit and catching the pass. This will be for not as Mikey Sullivan calls more running plays on third and long and Greg “Conservative” Schiano takes no chances on throwing it down field. Lets see, we lost by one and by two so I guess we will lose this one by three and to Arizona by Four and see Mike “The Cannon” Glennon start against the Eagles. GO BUCS!!!!!!

  9. Rob Says:

The Bucs will be 2-2 heading into the bye.

  10. OviedoBucsFan Says:

Agree with Pete 422, our D-line had 5 sacks week one and 4 on Brees last week. Nine through two games….32 all of last year. Bonuses should be given to the Bucs Defense…………….Offense should be docked some pay. Maybe that would make them get their act together.

No one in the media seems to respect us anymore.
Did u hear Prisco rave about the Patriots, saying in a few weeks, no one will be able to stop them ?
I wonder, if he gets free Italian food for life, in the north end of Boston or something ?

  12. Architek Says:

The defense is really good but the offense won’t do enough to win – the Bucs will be 1-3 going into the bye week. That will be the end of the Freeman era and the season will be a severe failure.

The Bucs better get their front office and organization issues first before they start talking about playoffs. They spent l this money on players and still have internal issues.

Schiano is not the only problem but the qb and the GM and the scouting dept.

This team had a great opportunity but trusting freeman yet again has costs them. Back into mediocrity we go – thanks for nothing.

  13. Brian D. Says:

They talk as if Revis is the only good player on our defense…

and as if the Patriots are the only team in this matchup with a talented offense that is just waiting to explode.

CBS Sports…with the most outdated and inaccurate information possible.

  15. Mike J Says:

I was thinking earlier today, Law of Averages dictates the Bucs have a below-average game penalty-wise, & Josh a good game passing.Tampa Bay wins.
That’s my theory & I’m sticking to it.
