Want To Buy Warren Sapp’s House?

September 12th, 2012

As we all know, former Bucs great defensive tackle Warren Sapp had to declare bankruptcy. As a result, Sapp is selling his Windermere pad, a mere four-bed, eight-bath (?), 15,162-square foot, 2.90-acre man cave. It can be yours for a cool $3,774,000.

Let’s take a tour, shall we?

Welcome to Casa Sapp.

Nothing like fine dining at Casa Sapp where the servants are there to tend to your every want and need.

Nothing like a wood-fired oven in your kitchen.

This is where Sapp’s paramours began the long climb to his lair.

Guessing this is the Florida room.

Somehow, it seems that tub would be a tight squeeze for Sapp.

What happened to the naked woman painting?

Has to be a virtual fireplace. Look at the remotes.

Something tells Joe that Sapp was never able to use this watersled.

What’s a central Florida mansion without backyard fishing and a trail for gators to come up to the back door?

Nice house but even to my untrained eye, his taste in furniture leaves a little left to be desired. My wife would have field day redecorating that place if only I could afford it.

The first thing I noticed, is the tile roof seems to need cleaned.
But then, I look at stuff like that!

Must be a real pain to dust & vacuum.

Just out of curiosity where in windermere is this I live in Isleworth in Windermere and was wondering if he also does, if you know.

  6. Morgan Says:

    Tiger Woods’ old neighborhood, right?

If I won the lottery, I’d buy it.

This is the very reason most NFL and Sports atheletes in general lose there money. Why does a man need something this big?.. Dont get me wrong, it’s beautiful but absolutely unnecessary and not smart in the long term, i would love to see what the Electric bill alone looks like. Lol

SilenceTheCritics, it is exempt from creditor process if it is Sapp’s domicile and is homesteaded. Actually pretty smart. O.J. did the same thing IIRC.

    Silence the Critics,

If you had as many kids as Sapp has you’d need 8 bathrooms too!

For a football player this house shows some great class, very elegant…

I read a great quote(perhaps on here) that is fitting for this situation. ” Nothing separates a man from his money quicker than the one eyed snake”. Baby Mama Drama= empty wallet

will they take a check? if I submit it on a friday, I can live there til monday when the bank informs them that my acct. is just (a tad) short of the 3.7 million.

  14. Sneedy16 Says:

Well he lost millions in investments when a company that was doing building condos in Central Florida went bankrupt and left Sapp to pay the bill. I feel bad for him a little bit given the fact that he didn’t blow his money on silly things. He just made bad investments.
