Guys, Mark Dominick DID this to us, it isn’t like we aren’t playing hard, our TALENT level is just not as good, Barber was beaten by Jason Whitten, and Foster is being blocked like a bitch, Sean Jones was beaten and outmuscled.

I can’t believe I care enough to vent… Please Brian, Joel, Ed…take your eyes off Zapata Corp and ManU and watch this game. Your head coach has schemed his best DE out of the pass rush by moving him inside to tackle and having D. Watson play end. He’s engulfing his own speed in the mass that is the Cowboys line. I’m not an NFL coach, but I know enough about football to figure out a way to maximize what you have. Rah’s simply not doing that on D. Olsen is about as clueless w/ the O and is ruining your investment at QB. Your GM has over-payed for Quincy Black, Davin Joseph, Jeremy Trueblood, Michael Clayton, Derrick Ward, etc. There’s zero depth and no speed on this roster. We are a semi-pro team. It’s humiliating to be a Bucs fan right now. I never though you’d make it as bad as it used to be. I was wrong…this is worse.
The team that said it would play for your boy is laying down like a dog on national TV. It’s time to call the exterminator and lay waste to the GM and coaching staff. You’d do it, if you cared.

If we had kept Gruden here and had Dom as GM, we probably would’ve been fine. We would’ve had a little bit of both: a GM who likes youth and a coach who is open to bringing veterans. Gruden would’ve had some power over Dom I think.

I don’t approve at all of the job Raheem has done as HC, but it’s not all his fault. Look at our roster and you’ll see tons of crappy players. We could be winning more games right now if Dom (the person makes our roster) had gotten some proven players with experience.

@Thomas, yes, I was hoping we would win, thought maybe we rally to save Rahem’s job, and they are trying. They just simply aren’t good enough athletes.
I agree Raheem has to go, but if you are thinking a new coach comes in here with the same players and wins, I disagree.
Raheem was too nice, Davin Joseph refused to re sign unless we kept Trueblood, then Olson and the old O Line Coach did not get along.
We should have kept our old O Line Coach, and got rid of Trueblood, but someone gave in, and it was Raheem.

Freeman literally has to be our whole offense, because everyone else is sucking. And he can’t be the guy to put the whole team on his shoulders at this stage of his career, no one is good enough except Newton, who will be a once in a generation type qb. Tebow is not the whole offense in denver.

Did you see all the time Freeman had tonight behind that line? Sure he got sacked a couple of times, but there were many times where he had a lifetime to get a long pass off. He was patient, patient, patient, and no one was getting open. He had to keep throwing dump offs to Lumpkin! Get Freeman some real playmaking receivers and that alone will help. Get him a real offensive coordinator. Bring in a good veteran quarterback to help mentor him. Then we’ll see a different Freeman.

Call me blind, naive, whatever, but when the youngest coach in the league won 10 games last year with the youngest team in the league, nobody had a complaint. I do somewhat buy into the reasoning that there are not many veteran mentors on our team. Here’s why: When Haynesworth came to our team, multiple players cited him as a good mentor (do we even have to go here?). Our YungBucs also have a very young coach, so when losing, insecurities, loss of confidence issues creep in, who is there to lead? Ronde is the man, but there is no way he can reach the whole team! Morris needs another year with this squad after all the adversity they’ve gone through and succombed to this season.
Rah needs one more year!
