Donald Penn Is Burning

December 17th, 2010

No surprise that Donald Penn landed a national segment on Jim Rome’s TV show after Penn’s candid gem of an interview on NFL Network last week.

Hollywood producers aren’t stupid. Lovable, somewhat scary looking overweight linemen with a great sense of humor are funny.

In this video, Penn meanders around the Bucs locker room and cafeteria playfully interviewing various Buccaneers and Raheem Morris. This may not be the national love some fans are seeking, but it is national love.

    3. Kevin Says:

WOW! I knew nothing about Penn’s personality until I watched this video. What a great guy…Tony the Goose on FOX better look over his shoulder after Penn retires. Great job Penn!

    4. Pete 422 Says:

Yeah, that was really great! Penn is a real Ham, nicely done.

    5. Drew Says:

Gotta love it! Penn definitely seems like a great personality around the locker room.

    6. simeon Says:

      That is awesome.

    7. Jlinc Says:

Damn, Penns the real deal. Works hard over the summer, holds out for a new contract, comes back fresh and doesn’t get injured (unlike most holdouts). I’m glad that he’ll be involved in the future of Tampa Bay. I hope there’ll be more vids like this one. hahahaha

    8. Gatorbuc15 Says:

That was a great video! Awesome job Donald!
Now if only Mike would just hook him up with thoughs Jays. 🙂

    9. Capt.Tim Says:

Penn is probably Mark Donimicks greatest find to date. He is easily one of the top 5 LTs in the game, and we got him for nothing! Glad he’s gonna be a Buc for a long time. He is the best LT this team has ever had

slow down capt, while i love donald penn, paul gruber was a very good tackle for a long time. Both guys are extremely underrated

    11. MTM Says:

      React!!

    12. Mr. Lucky Says:

      OMG! I can’t believe it.

Donald Penn is probably the ONLY person IN THE WORLD who looks SMALLER in front of the camera!!!!!

Did you notice that he did several of the ‘interviews’ in the cafeteria? Have an extra peanut Donald….

    13. Capt.Tim Says:

Jarrett, I have nothing but love for Paul gruber. He never got the credit he deserved while playing on those horrible buc teams. That being said, Gruber was never as dominating as Penn is on a frequent basis! Penn is just absolutely a wall most of the time. Gruber was very good, but Penn is all pro material !!

    14. d-money Says:

      Capt Tim,

      Penn was a Gruden/Allen find.

    15. BigMacAttack Says:

      Who’s your Daddy?

    16. Capt.Tim Says:

D money- nope, as Penn has stated many times, Mark Dominick was the guy who got him off another teams practice squad, and told him that he would get a chance as a starter. It’s in several of the July” JoeBucsFans” articles. I would look them up for you, but I’m lazy

    17. Rican Says:

yea Penn’s def not a Gru find lol
