   Why isn’t a bigger deal being made of this?

   Look at the pictures!!! Its 1st and 10 from the 12. But the marker is at the 3 instead of the 2.

   McNabb’s pass on 1st down doesn’t gain 10 yards.

   Here’s the picture from the next play. The marker is just inside the 3 yard line.

   The NFL can try to cover its butt all day long but the fact of the matter is that SOMETHING fishy is going on. How are the chains exactly NINE yards apart and not TEN? There’s no one near them. No kink in the chain is going to be exactly 1 yard.

   The Bucs were ROBBED. ROBBED. Not of a win… but of another 2nd half SHUT-OUT.

   I can’t believe more people aren’t up in arms about this!!!!!

   I never in my LIFE would think 2 see blatant cheating in this day and era. 5 downs and tha NFL doesn’t say a word about it. I say alot of money was riding on this game as we were 1pt favs on tha spread giving Washington a push as tha score would be tied 17-17 for betting purposes. IMHO tha NFL has it out BADLY 4 Tampa Bay. It’s hard enough winning a game week 2 week, let alone having signal markers, chain holders, and refs CHEAT on purpose.

   great post Snook. the professionalism of the NFL has really sank this year.
