This is the type of guy you have to root for as a fan. There was nothing artifical about him, what a great moment last night. I can’t wait to see him put a bear hug on some QBs this year.

Anybody who wasn’t sold on this kid before the draft had to be when he gave Goodell that bear hug.
Can’t know for sure if he will be a great one but it sure can’t hurt to have a guy like that on the team.

I’ll cry if he can help return us to the glory days! Seeing his emotion and knowing Sapp is going to tutor him makes me feel warm and cuddly. 🙂

Seems like an awesome young man, and good prospect. However, remember the old saying:
“A rising tide lifts all boats”
Every GM in the league states “we got just the guy we wanted’ or “we feel we just got better”.
Of course not everybody makes a genital reference, but you get the point.

great guy and great pick!! the bucs have somewhat kinda made me feel alittle more sercure with not trading down there pick and taking mccoy!! we gotta see tate at the 3 rd pick of the second rd and dunlop with the next!! that would soo help us become more of a threat than a automatic W on everybodies schedule!!

So pumped for this pick.. Was hoping Suh would drop, but after watching the emotion by Mccoy, I knew we got the player we needed.
This team needs its next leader on the D side of the ball. I think we just got it.
