Lots Of Empty Seats At “Soldout” CITS

October 18th, 2009

Joe’s good friend Justin Pawlowski of WDAE-AM 620 texted Joe that there are “at least” 20,000 empty seats. Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com claims there are 10,000-15,000 fans disguised as empty seats.

Again, Joe is so happy the Glazer Family “bought” the tickets, allegedly, so Joe’s not complaining at all. Joe just wonders what NFL officials think about this or how the Glazer Family got away with this?

Justin also texted Joe that the upper deck is “empty.”

Well so far they’re missing a good 1st quarter:

The Bucs defense has a nice 1st series and I like the call of sending multiple rushers on 3 and 10.

JJ starts the game with a batted down pass – holy shades of Chris Sims.

JJ connects to Sammy on a cross over the middle. Gotta love his stiffarm. Could this be the future JJ to SS?

Caddy gets the handoff and screeches to a halt then pops outside now that’s vision. This is the first time the Bucs have led any game in the 2009-10 season!

Nice open field tackle Rhonde. The next play Black stuffs the runner at the line of scrimmage.

Talib was on Steve Smith like white on rice. The defense hold again! Holy cow!

On 3 and 4 deep in their territory JJ connects with Bryant nice pass.

Clayton actually holds onto a 3rd down catch for a 1st down! Lets hope MC has a great game and we can trade him before Tuesday.

Well the field goal kicking problems continue. What a crappy snap. It should be 10-0.

At the end of the 1st quarter JJ is 5/7 for 83 yards and Caddy has 9 carries for 42 yards and 1 TD.

So far so good. I like what I’ve seen so far today.

I understand why Gruden was bad mouthed by the local sports media all the time. Gruden was not being transparent to the players and telling the truth to them, which was that the Glazers could care less about the Bucs and the team’s fans. The Glazers were not spending the money, but promising that things would be better. They were focusing solely on the soccer team they own in the UK. Maybe Rush Limbaugh will buy the Bucs. The Bucs are worse than the Rams and have a very low payroll, thanks to the Glazers. I have been told that Rush lives here in Florida, who cares if it is on the State’s left coast.

If Limbaugh teams up with Sharpton it can happen.

It was great today at the stadium, lots of room to spread out, nice weather, not very many opposing fans getting underfoot. Traffic was nothing.

The core of 40,000 (most prevelent during the 1980’s and early 1990’s) has returned.

The CITS is 20,000+ seats to big.

After reading the wikipedia’s definition of a “Buccaneer” not only where they Pirates, but they were “butt” pirates as well.

So it appears the Tampa Bay Buccaneers franchise is honoring queers.

    Go check it out.
