Watch the 2002 Super Bowl Season

July 5th, 2009

Joe has no shame in pumping quality products. You see them on both sides of the screen and you’ve read Joe pimp the NFL Network as well.

One of the reasons the NFL Network is a must for men and football fans is its series, “America’s Game.” It is an hour-long documentary of each Super Bowl winning team and may be the best thing ever produced by NFL Films, which is saying a lot.

This weekend the NFL Network has been running an America’s Game marathon. Tonight at 6 p.m. on the NFL Network will be the 2002 Bucs, told through the eyes of Chucky, Warren Sapp and John Lynch. It takes viewers from the time the Bucs lost (again) to the Beagles with Father Dungy through Chucky hoisting the Vince Lombardi Trophy aloft in victory.

However, viewers need to keep in mind that due to the murder of Steve McNair, the marathon has been somewhat off schedule due to NFL Network news updates of the crime.

For the sorry people who don’t have NFL Network (be honest, there really is no excuse; you know it), here’s a clip via NFL.com. And another. And another.

Enjoy!

[UPDATE: Revised schedule has the Bucs segment at 6 p.m.]
