The Monday edition of Sporting News Today has cranked out a wide-sweeping Q&A with bust-in-waiting quarterback Josh Freeman.

Lots of good nuggets, though unfortunately Freeman was not asked about his lack of a contract. Here’s one of Joe’s favorites from the Q&A:

Q: Greg Olson, the Bucs’ quarterbacks coach, referred to the “Josh Freeman Plan” in one story. What exactly is the “Josh Freeman Plan”?

A: I think the Josh Freeman Plan is “teach Josh as much as we can, and when he’s the best quarterback on the team, we play him.”

Freeman continues to impress off the field as a grounded, classy kid.
