Can anyone remember the last time Jon Gruden put a loss on his back and shouldered some blame for his offense?

The Tampa Tribune reports Chucky, 2-5 in season openers with the Bucs, took responsibility for the Bucs going a miserable 2-of-12 on third down against the Saints.

“It’s my bad,’’ Gruden said. “It’s obviously bad coaching. We just didn’t make the plays. I didn’t call a very good game.’’

Joe can’t figure out if Gruden was being sarcastic, or showing a moment of truthfulness?
