I would have liked to see if they could have traded him, but they probably explored that option. I love peanut as a KR, but it seems like he is now damaged good because of the concussions. He may be more susceptible to them now, which may affect his play.

I am excited about the Running Back we claimed from Green Bay, is his name Pumpkin ?

  3. OB Says:

He fumbles a lot and has an illness that can flare up at any time plus the two concussions. He is a good person but he is not dependable for all the above reasons. We cannot afford to lose one of the two returners, so he had to go.

The only thing peanut brought to the table was his return skills which were exceptional. But we have three others on the roster who are nearly as good. The problem was his liabilities as a running back. He never showed much to be excited about there, and he couldn’t hang on to the ball (nor his helmet it seems). Two concussions and a chronic illness in gout. I really don’t know how he made the final cut. Wish him well. We’ll always have fond memories of what he did here.

Come on guys – Peanut is damaged goods. Between the concussions and gout what’s his real “value”?

Sorry but the Bucs have to take a shotgun approach and if a guy can’t perform NOW it’s NEXT>>>>
