Rookie tight end Devin Culp.
One of the stupidest NFL rules says not every player on the 53-man roster gets to play on game day.
As a result, some players are ruled inactive 90 minutes prior to a game.
Today’s inactive Buccaneers are cornerback Tyrek Funderburk, safety Kaevon Merriweather, edge rusher José Ramirez, newcomer guard/tackle Royce Newman, rookie tight end Devin Culp and injured defensive linemen Logan Hall and Calijah Kancey.
